I think she really does love Neil. However, who is he? What is his relations with the Birla? Why did the Birla adopt him in the first place? These are still a mystery to me.

She cares for Neil but aaj jab Abhi bola he gets mad when SIR insults his mom, akshu and Neil..that won my heart...these two brother bond is amazing. even if Manjari doenst love him, we got abhi who gives him more love then anyone and he cares for Neil too obviously
