Abhi has successfully completed akshu's surgery.. he only how difficult was it to operate the person whom he loved so much.. he looks at akshu.. akshu is currently on ventillator to ensure that she has enough oxygen. Her entire body has scratch marks.. abhi feels really bad for the way he behaved with her.
Abhi: tum janthi ho na ye kithna mushkil tha mere liye.. phir bhi.. ye sab kyun karthi ho akshu.. bhagwan shukr hai ki tum theek ho.. agar tumhe kuch ho jatha toh main kaise jeetha.
Suddenly he hears some one making noise outside..
He goes outside and sees some man dressed in formals entering into hospital
Goenkas seems shocked by looking at him.. suddenly harsh sees him from his cabin... its not hard for him to recognize who he is..
Harsh: naksh singhania.. birla hospital ke sabse bade trustee..yahan... kuch issue toh nahi hua..dekhna padega he goes out and sees naksh asking something with receptionist.
And it looks like he got know the infromation as well..
Harsh tries to greet.. naksh ignores him totally.
He starts moving towards icu ward. And sees no one waiting for her..
He tries to barge in but abhi stops him..
Abhi: rukiya.. ye icu hai.. garden nahi hai jo aap aise..
Naksh stares abhi..
Harsh interrupts..
Harsh: aap yahan kuch kaam tha.. mujhe bol dethe.
Naksh: mujhe akshara goenka se milna hai..
Abhi: lekin aap hai kaun.
Naksh: mujhe ye batana main zaroori nahi samjtha kya main usse..
Harsh: ji bilkul..
Abhi: lekin woh..
Harsh:dr abhimanyu please jayiye.
Abhi:nahin.. mujhe nahi patha aap kaun hai.. lekin akshu( he corrects it but naksh notices it anyways) ... i mean akshara goenka bahuth hi critical hai.. if you don't mind kya main aapke sath..
Naksh : nods.
Abhi takes him inside..
As soon as abhi opens the door he sees naksh's face. The man who looks so strong that moment made him so week that a tear falls from his eyes..
He silently goes and sits beside her..
Abhi: abhi thak hosh nahi aya hai...
Naksh nods still hiding his tears..
Naksh: kab thak hosh ayega?
Abhi: aaj shaam ko aasaktha..
Naksh: kya main isse ghar leke ?
Abhi cant let akshu go as she needs his care .
Abhi: shayad nahi.. isse hospital ki aur senior doctor ki zaroorath hai..
Naksh: kya tum iske sath chal sakthe ho?
Before abhi could say anything..
Harsh: kyun nahi zaroor chal saktha hai..
Abhi: lekin aap hai kaun maine toh aapko kabhi nahi dekha.
Naksh: main akshu ka mama hun...
Harsh: kya.. iska mathlab akshu akshara singhania jo maheshwari khandan ki beti hai unki nathin hai?
Naksh nods..
Harsh is happy as arohi would be his bahu..
Suddenly arohi comes inside the cabin to see if abhi has not gone to close too akshu..
She opens the door.. abhi fumes..
Abhi: dr arohi.. please jayiye yaha se.
Arohi still stands there as she saw naksh singhania..
Arohi goes and stands infront of him.
Harsh: arohi beta tumhara maama aya hai..
Naksh stares at harsh.
Abhi notices this. But he is not sure whats going on.

Arohi leaves angrily.. abhi is so confused as he no where realized that they were step sisters. Why did naksh said that arohi blamed akshu for sirat's death.. there are so many things which has no clarity in life and now there are some more.
Akshu wakes up from her sleep and sees naksh sleeping next to her and abhi is on the couch waiting for her to open..
Akshu looks at abhi and abhi looks at akshu.. abhi is so satisfied to see her.. his face lits up with happiness..before she could speak naksh wakes up..
Naksh: akshu...
Akshu: maamu.. aap yaha kaise.. still facing difficulty to speak..

Akshu: aapko galath fehmi hui hogi mamu.. honge woh..
Abhi: sorry to interrupt lekin dr mahima ne unhe ghar jane ke liye kaha tha. Kyunki hum the yahan..
Akshu: dekha mamu..

Akshu has no answer to this question. Abhi too..
Naksh: nahi na.. chal mere sath main kuch nahi sununga..
Akshu agrees as she can convince him at singhania house..
The nurse makes her wear a beautiful dress which is comfortable enough to cover her wounds.
Naksh thanks abhi taking really good care of akshu.. abhi smiles.. as he has saved his life in reality.
Akshu looks at abhi as if its her final good bye..and she conveys her thank you in her eyes..
Abhi understood and smiles at her.
Naksh makes her sit inside his car on the backseat... abhi follows them.. abhi takes out his helmet..
Naksh: dr abhimanyu..
Abhi looks at him..
Naksh: aap hamare sath hi chaliye..
Abhi: nahi nahi.. its okay main manage karlunga..
Naksh wants her to stay as close as possible with the doctor. As he cant take any more risk of loosing her. What if she feels suffocated in the car.
Naksh: i insist.. mujhe akshu ki fikr hai please . Akshu ki tabiyath theek hone ke bad driver aapko ghar chod dega..
Abhi: lekin main waha kaise ruk saktha hun.. mere kapde bhi toh nahi hai waha..
Naksh: driver inke ghar jakar inka sara samaan le ayiyega . Aur mr birla se main bath karlunga..
Abhi nods. As he would love to be with akshu.
Akshu is not so sure what's happening outside.. she could barely listen..
Naksh gets him near backseat and ask him to sit beside akshu..
Akshu: lekin mamu..
Naksh: shhh...
Abhi sits inside.. abhi grinns...
Akshu: maamu dr abhimanyu kyun.. ?
Naksh: ye hamare sath rahenge teri tabiyath theek hone thak.
Akshu: par.
Naksh: par war kuch nahi.. chal.keerti aur krish tera intezar kar rahe hai.. maine unhe hospital ane se mana kiya tha kyunki woh teri aisi halath dekh ke toot kar bikar jayenge..
Akshu: theek hai.. still trying to think how to control her heart..
Abhi knows no matter how much they try they will come together one or the other way..
Akshu reaches house and sees keerthi and krish who are sitting on sofa waiting for akshu.. they looked as if they did not slept last night...
Abhi looks at the wall and sees the gallery of photos of kaira, naitik and akshara..
Akshu can feel the sense of belonging in that place and smile creeps up on her lips.. keerti runs and hugs her..
Keerti: akshu theek toh hai meri bacchi ..
Akshu: maami sambhaliye khudko.. main theek hun aapki akshu theek hai..
Aur krish tune aise kya halath banakar rakha hai tu koi tv serial ki heroine lag raha hai..
Krish wipes his tears and smiles and hugs her.. abhi is scares what if his hug damages akshu would he was about to stop
Akshu: arre aram se.. main mareez hun abhi bhi..
Krish : breaks the hug.. oh sorry... chalo.. he escorts her to the sofa..
Naksh asks abhi to feel comfortable..
Keerthi starts talking about how her life is going and all.. abhi sees a smile on her face he has never seen her so happy in his life. Even though she smiled in the past there was something missing.
They all have breakfast... they go to the sofa and keerthi makes akshu to sit... suddenly she hears some footsteps..
She looks at the door and sees entire goenka family...
Keerti: kairav, papa aur aap sab ..
Manish : akshu.. meri bacchi kaisi hai..
Naksh: ab thak toh zinda hai..
Manish: ye kaisi bath kar rahe ho naksh beta..
Naksh: aur kaise bath karun main.. mujhe kehna toh nahi chahiye par aapko akshu ki fikr hai nahi..
Akshu: maaamu...
Naksh: aaj math roko akshu beta.. aaj bolne do.. salon se ye manme rakh ke beta hun.. jiske wajah se mujhe uss ghar main pair bhi nahi rakhna..
Kairav: aisi kya bath hai mamu.. aisa kya hua jo aap humse naraz hai..
Naksh: kya hua.. dekh akshu ko.. tu jantha hai.. teri maa kaisi thi hai na..?
Kairav nods
Naksh: kya akshu main tujhe ek bhi gun naira ke dikh rahi hai..
Kairav : main kuch samjha nahi..
Naksh: samjhega kaise.. tum logone iss bacchi par julm hothe hue dekh kar bhi anjaan ban kar reh gaye.. iske wajah se jo naira ki parchayi banna chahiye tha.. jiske andar himmath aur sacch ka sath dena chahiyetha woh dekh kaisi hai ab.. ithni sehmi hui... kyun...
Kairav: woh mamu...
Naksh: jawab nahi hai ya jankar bhi anjan ban rahe ho tum log...
Nobody noticed that abhi is standing there and listening everything...
Naksh looks at arohi..
Naksh: toh arohi tumhe jawab chahiye tha na ki main tumhara mamu kyun nahi hun.. kyunki tum naira ki beti ho hi nahi sakthi... haan mantha hun tu sirath ki beti hai aur sirath mujhe apna bhai manthi thi.. lekin maine tujhe hamesha naira ki beti samajh kar pyar diya tha.. lekin kya kiya tune.. akshu ki ye halath kar di..
Akshu: maamu bas... tears starts flowing from her eyes..

Akshu:woh main road pe chal rahi thi toh mera accident hogaya..
Naksh: dekh kairav.. ye hi bola tha maine..
Kairav: aap kehna kya chahthe hai mamu.. manish is growling at him as he hardly understand what is he trying to say.

Akshu: maine kaha na mamu.. main road par chal rahi..thi.. bas baath khatham...

He plays a video where akshu seen following a car and the car had arohi.. akshu screams in the middle of the road and she was hit a by a truck...

Akshu wipes her tears.. and trembles and falls down on floor.. abhi felt like consoling her but he felt for now she needs her mamu than him
Naksh goes and sits beside her..
Naksh: maine hospital main neil ko bhagwan se pray karthe hue suna tha.. usse laga kahi arohi ka 30 lakh ki bath ki wajah se tera accident to nahi hua..
Arohi sweats more now...
Abhi regrets for not listening to neil.. he hits his fist on the wall in anger..
Manish: kaunsi 30 lakh.. akshu.. bol.. kya hua..
Arohi: kuch nahi bade...
Manish: chup akshu ko bolne de.. bahuth hua tera.. tune ye tak nahi bathaya ki akshu tere sath thi akhri bar.
Arohi keeps quiet and hopes that akshu wont confess.
Naksh plays a video.. the video contains his mother and sister teaching to kids.

Akshu looks at abhi's eyes which is turning red ...

Suddenly kairav sees abhimanyu..

Naksh understood why abhi called her akshu . So again akshu was sacrificing all this time..
He is heartbroken as well as hurt.. he goes infront of manish
Abhi: i am sorry main arohi se shadi nahi kar saktha..main koi khilona nahi hun jo ye dono behne apas main baat rahe hai.. aur ye sach patha chalne ke bad agar main shadi karunga toh bhi arohi ko kabhi nahi apni patni manunga.. use sirf mera naam milega..

Abhi looks at akshu... she sacrificed herself for him twice but never been vocal about it realizes that its not that simple..

They all celebrate together... and akshu and kairav thanks naksh for making them realize that they are not right..
