Of course I understood the dig. That's why I said he acts like an equal opportunity offender. And I will laugh at problematic stuff, if it's funny because I refuse to be offended by people trying to do exactly that. For eg, Ricky Gervais. But for me this was just extremely bad writing. Think about failing in the one purpose you intent at. 😆

These are also so called writers. Now I understand your frustrations.

But see the world is not about how good one is but how bold and courageous one is to take their work out there in the world and be ready for criticism, meanness, abuse, discouragement. And win in spite of all.

Thats my take.

As a closet writer I know how it feels when people pick through one's work. And not even 100 ppl are reading me.

I enjoy... but dekh I am not much into critically picking I have made it a practice its somehow become my habit.

when I criticize I keep it to myself then I start looking at all the positive points.

Only for serious critical analysis i will discuss negative otherwise I will not.

That's the difference, right?

When you watch a daily soap, the expectations are different.

When you watch a show on Netflix, the expectations are different

When you watch Bollywood, it's again different.

When you watch Hollywood, it's so different again. You go from art movies to "good movies" to "chick flicks" to rom coms to Avengers kind of superhero movies.

I am not of the opinion all these could be compared with each other. I look at shows on what they are intending at. For me yrkkh claims to portray an OTT soul wala love but at times fails consistently.

One doesn't watch Decoupling with the same expectations, right? Then what is the point of different genres existing?

I am sorry, I initiated this conversation. I was just surprised seeing your mention of Decoupling. So it was just curiosity to know why someone liked it and I thought it would be interesting to discuss it. 😊

Oh, and incase anybody missed it, that scalpel that abhi was working on akshu throughout the entire surgery all episode..... shown completely clean and blood-free when he pulls back and stops at the end. Did they run out of the fake blood they used for the blood trail in the hospital hall?

All in all, maha bakwaas episode. I've never done an epi review till now, but this episode was so comically bad I had to. So many high expectations I had from this episode, but the writing was so bad that nothing would be able to lift it up. 🤢

I swear I had the same thought, almost yelled out GESUNDHEIT!

decoupling or decoupled web series? i watch netflix too ..many webseries..netflix webseries are dark types ...the office ( my fav😛)..many Indian webseries are good few days back i watch Kaun banega shikharwati that was good 😊but yes ur expectation from webseries are diff then daily soaps ...daily soaps are like sweet syrup ..jo life mein ghul jata hai😛
