its not ego. If he has ego he could not have gone many times and proposed and getting rejected . It's anger which made him go.and accept his fathers wish because he was pressurised by manjari..when he was sorting with Ak, manjaris fiasco pushed him. He didn't go on ego. It's purely his rudr roop tandav which resulted yes for Arohi. There is lot much difference in ego and anger. In ego you will never accept a person or admit your faults. But here he is kept on showing his anger ,hurt and pain to her even when went for Arohi. If he had ego he could have avoided seeing her also for once and gloated or acted happily with Arohi being close. He never understood the reason for her rejection he thought she can't voice out like him. It's not the case anytime. She said anything to him till now except love.
