In precap she is seen with all smoke stains and smiling out of relief that abhi is safe.... May be she hid herself so abhi can stick to.his.move on mode...

Yes..mahanta ki aatma akshara is anyways least interested in taking credit for any good deed. Still she was trapped in fire for long time, she needs to be given medical aid too. Is Dr. Arohi so blind in love that she'll let akshara suffer ? and Dr. Abhimanyu is so blind with frustration that he is ready to believe akshara can leave him in distress?😡 He had known akshara well.. Am sure big revelations are round the corner.. Hope someone takes care of akshu as well.

Maybe she saved abhi then fainted because of too much smoke in her lungs😭 so abhi will get to know that she was with him too🤔
