Naira is a nosy person. She will see Karthik's distressed face always and investigate .
With the help of this nurse, I guess she will get to the bottom of the truth.
She will confront Karthik a lot but keeping a big heart would reveal the truth, seek forgiveness and hand over the baby to Singhania's.
She will then cry her eyes out and as they show the cliche scenes where mother feels baby's discomfort etc , she will feel those.
She will keep calling or landing at their place to give them solutions or handle the baby and then give the baby bal once he is calmed.
Singhaniya will give her pitiful looks while she helpless.
Finally, Naksh will feel helpless and ask Naira to keep the baby with her as she might not have given birth but is real mother to him as he feels comfortable only in her arms.
Naira would cry out of happiness while rest would look at Singhania with folded hands and thank them mutely by crying .
Karthik with folded hands would thank them for his greatness even though he made such a grave mistake.
So at the end Naira will receive the baby as a gift and maybe after some months Keerthy would wake up and then this time with everybody's approval they might tell her the same lie that the baby is no more.
