I can see this happening as a possibility. Some enemy of Goenkas comes to know the truth of baby not being Kaira child and presents proof to the family that the child does not belong to Kartik. Kdadi again throws Naira out of house with the child. Kartik then finally has to say the truth. If not this then baby has some illness need parents. All in all it willbe a big dhamaka to have the truth come out.
