It depends on what you think yelling means. I think Rama was pointing out that the idea of hiding the truth was wrong, in no way was she rising her voice against Naira like Dadi Bua did in which it was wrong on Dadi Bua's part.

I am not blaming Naira but the fact that Rama dadi wasn't with Gayu the entire time and Naira was with her, My thinking was that Naira could have been honest with her sister, if not, than at least to her parents or even Karthik & them handle the situation. Leading Gayu on to believe she had a future with Karthik which she didn't was wrong. Gayu is close with Naira and shares everything with her too.
