I feel she is Tara itself as it make nonsense Makkah now also remembering Tara and will fall for new girl

Anyway I know yrkkh has no dramatic twist

As far as I remember it was not cleared clearly what happened with her maybe some accident or some other thing which resulted in plastic surgery

And after knowing bash still remember she would be thinking that he will not believe her if she go directly and tell truth

As bajaj in IV pointed out that what she is telling maybe lie
