By NaKsh, I mean both Naitik and Akshara. I don't know why YRRKH Team took this adage so seriously that Girl's are Papa's pet and Son's are Mumma's boy, especially in case of Naitik-Akshara who are believed to be treating their children equally irrespective of their gender. The notion they wanted to fit in audience mind throughout this last whole year since 10 year leap that Duggu is closer to his mum and Naira is closer to her papa till that time it was fine. Being closer to one set of parent is perfectly ok but completely indifferent to other is certainly not. This whole Post leap story didn't make any sense with respect to the characterization of leads.
Duggu was always a spoilt brat, I have always questioned his upbringing. He was rude and arrogant even as a child. Over smart and too mature for his age. He was never stopped when he use to speak between elders. Naitik-Akshara has set a wrong precedent of always apologizing to their children even when their children were at wrong.
Naira I wont say was a spoilt child but she too was shown as way too mature as a 10 year old kid. Getting herself into trouble and not learning from it. Naitik used to bribe her to get his things done.
We were never shown any effort from Naitik or Duggu's end post whole revelation of Bhabhi Maa-Akshara track. At least they should have shown Duggu making little efforts to reduce the distance between his Papa and him. Naitik too never tried to understand or make an effort to be friendly with his son, especially when Naitik knew that he lost lot of time in this whole coma and then misunderstanding issue. Naitik was never shown as Papa to Duggu.
Same goes for Akshara-Naira bonding. I don't know in which world a real mom is so indifferent to her daughter except for few instances (Naira Kidnapping and stalking). Akshara was never shown as Mother to Naira, it was always about Duggu. It's more annoying cause Naira-Akshara never had any issues like Duggu-Naitik. A mother-daughter bond is so beautiful, especially when you start approaching your teenage. Yes, one can be closer to dad but you cannot be indifferent to your mother. Akshara failed to give her undivided attention to Naira when she needed the most.
Why CV's never showed us Naitik as hands on Dad? Naitik-Akshara are shown as progressive parents ( at least creative wants us to believe that) then why Naitik was shown all time busy when there is some issues going on his children life's. Why Kids was always Akshara's responsibility. So if anything happens blame it on Akshara. That such a regressive thinking CV's.
In my opinion as Naitik could never show his love towards Duggu so he overcompensated his Love towards Naira. Same goes for Akshara as she knew there is Naitik for Naira so she always prioritized Duggu. But in this they both failed to understand that a child needs both his/her parents equally, a mother's love, affection and understanding can never be compensated with father's love and vice-versa. NaKsh are very Good Human Beings but they failed as PARENTS BIG TIME...
Instead of crap love story and illogical tracks, CV's could have given us a very mature story of Naitik-Akshara as Parents post leap but they failed NaKsh and their Fans.
