I agree with all that you said. Let's see how the writers take this storyline after the leap.

Parenting is a constant learning experience. Let's see how Akshara changes and how Naira grows in maturity and understanding. I am hoping they eventually show a bond between Naira and Akshara.

The storyline is an extreme case to add masala to the story so that viewership is increased.

It is not normal for a child to runaway like that and have extreme anger and resentment like that unless they are getting physically abused. They have showed teenage rebellion in the extreme. Parenting teenagers is challenging and kids do get rebellious because sometimes kids and parents don't see eye to eye. I am sure Rajshri had her challenges raising kids as her two were growing up. Every parents faces these difficulties as times change. Also the challenge of maintaining traditions and merging and adjusting to modern lifestyles.

I sense that Akshara and Naitiks relationship will change as a result of Naira running away. After the leap they will be shown different. Maybe this stress will impact their relationship with each other. Will they be as close as before or will they go their separate ways. Will Naitik blame Akshara for Naira running away? I get the feeling Naitik will not forgive Akshara. I hope Naitik comes to realize Naira was not a perfect princess and that she too was at fault and accountable for her own actions. Will Naksh blame Akshara too? How will her relationship with Naksh change?

Today's episode was really bad, blaming akshara alone is not fair. Even Naitik shud have been more responsible, the makers wanted to show tat Akshara is the perfect mom, Bahu, Beti,wife. No single women cud play a perfect role in all these. We are in a world were children's get spoiled on their own, it's parents responsibility to take care of their children, akshara was more concentrated on others problem and she lost her child. My point is she wanted to make family members happy,comfortable and failed to concentrate on her own child

In all this, I will blame Naira. I think Sukanya has brainwashed her well enough before dying and Naira has become another Sukanya.Not even once Naira felt repentance for getting into a wrong friendship.

Even Tara was much better and she repented. She always came back.

Parents are blamed if they give freedom and they are blamed if they discipline their kids.

Naira didn't murder anyone so in that sense she is innocent. (not guilty)

However she is not innocent in any other sense. She always tried to act more than her age and when the problems come she cries for her papa. There is no justification for her behavior.

She is not a perfect princess. If Naitik is angry on Akshara then he also is blind to his daughter's mistakes. Yes, I understand why he is angry on Akshara for coming when he told her not too but at the same time he could have been truthful to her instead of hiding that Naira didn't want her to come. He has already decided Akshara is to blame so you can't change his mindset. Everyone contributed in some way to the issues and it got out of hand. Even Akshara and Naitik has some habits that need to be changed.

Parents will do anything for their children but when things get out of hand and the police get involved then parents wishes can't override legal rules. That is what Naira failed to understand. Naira doesn't see her own faults. She needs to look in the mirror at her actions and realize that her behavior has a major hand in this overall problem.

Also when you live in an extended family there are a lot of more issues to deal with. When one person has a problem it effects the whole family so it is hard to focus only on the kids. I think when they were in capetown as a nuclear family it was easier but the excessive pampering of Akshara to Duggu and Naitk to Naira resulted in them being spoiled.
