Star Plus long running show Ye Rishta Kya Kehaltha hai is heading towards the romantic moments of Akshara (Hina Khan) and Naitik (Karan Mehra)

Naitik is feeling low today because none in his family wished for his birthday and he is upset because Akshara to forgot. But soon Akshara come near him and wishes him but at the same time she gives him shock by saying she is pregnant.
