guys i work in a bank n workin for the last 4yrs...actually here the prob with singania's is they require money n bank needs a guarantee for any mortgage n one more thing naitik cannot mortgage the house until its in his name then he can b the signatory...n mostly the businesses go on loans they must hav taken loan b4 aswell n bank will not giv loan anymore may b they havnt paid the installments

Today's episode overall was an okay episode,Naksh i won't say argument but discussion was good. Akshara saying she is NOT his secretary that will be there..i i laughed..LOL..my bro in law was saying all ladies are alike,LOL..It is good Akshara did that,and the ending text message was also good..i liked G3 and Bma todayy also..even tho ghabreli said they didnt invite then to Ananya's birthday..chii..and then Naitik..i liked him ALSo...hayyeee
