Earlier that used to work big time...most of the well known serials were weeklies and lasted for only 50-75 episodes. Now with dailies ruling the roost having 200 episodes willnot work. But I agree they should have all the tracks written before hand and not have ad hoc scenes/tracks that make no sense.

I had almost stopped watching this show....trying to watch other shows but i have agreed it is the best in indian television for me( or else i will put it as bad amongst the worst shows)..
atleast,after half hour i have a smile on my face so that makes me happy...

it was, it is n it will always be my favorite show.....i can't cut my touch with Yeh rishta......its very close to my heart yaar.....beech mein whatever ghatela tracks they showed, i didn;t miss a single episode..😆 this shows that i just cant quit it.....

n i agree with Nishi, that its still far far far better than many other on going shows on TV...there is no scheming, plotting, vamp soliloquies, extra marital affairs, pre-marriage pregnancies n the special R.D. burman music of dhadang dhadang......😆 😆

n of course coz of this show i got many life long friends whom i will never forget.... i got many good persons in my life who have become an important part of my life...😃 this i can't get through any other show as i visit other forums too but haven't come across people whom i got here.....

i also have not missed a single episode of yeh rishta since i have started watching it coz it is simply the best show i have ever watched.............bcoz it has no vamps etc as mentioned above........................its simplicity touched my heart and ofcourse hina khan,she is just the best...........................yrkkh rocks

Yes guys, the show is the cleanest and purest...I doubt any other past show was like this! It radiates so much happiness from each episode - just like someone here said, leaves you with a big smile when it ends! I was smiling and laughing when Naitik and Mohit were in the car, and Naitik just realized he forgot Akshi's birthday! 😆 I am a huuge fan of 'feel-good' movies AND shows...can't bear to watch those crappy serials which stress you out and leave you feeling terrified, shocked, sad and disgusted!

I will suggest no one watches Behenein - Charu is right. NOT ONE sister is happy in it! They are soo miserable it's awfully depressing!

I have watched every single episode so far, and honestly I have never complained about the track (except when Akshara was being treated like dirt by Naitik and her in-laws). I am just hugely thankful and grateful for my 2 FAVORITE shows in the world - Bidaai and Yeh Rishta...! 😃
