I know. It wasn't the same shirt he wore in the promo. In promo it was blue and in precap it was green. So may be the scene of Naitik entering is from earlier telecasted episodes.

I rather all of us would be really happy to see Akshara going back to the Singhania House.

Gayatri sent him to bring her back as in yesterdays episode nandini said she want to talk to gayatri so she prbably said something about akshara and naitik and how they miss each other so much. so gayatri calls maheshwari house to let them know naitik is coming to pick up akshara.
