To give RS the benefit of doubt maybe he means that it creativity cant be as structured as rocket science, with each part fitting neatly into the next.
To save his reputation though, he better explain what he meant
not a bad suggestion.. i had feeling probably he wanted to say that, it is not easy as we think .. but again if that was the meaning, he needed to select people who can do this creativity for him.. i just wonder why india lacks creative people? or they just don't wanted to recruit people ?
