thinking about making changes to this parampara, my grandparents were of this parampara type, what changed them was their exposure to the city life, reading, and part of it i can say SILs and BILs.. . my family no one eat non veg, neither onions , and all my SIL/BIL eat .. so i can understand the struggle they might have gone thru, but they made the change .. they didn't oppose it but , they made my grandparents realise that there is a world outside too.. so the progression happened slowly and steadily.. now there is no parampara only existing..😆 as far as non-veg is concerned my bros/sis changed SIL/BIL ...😃

Gayitri is by nature not a bad lady..All of us blow up when things start getting out of control....and there was enuf provocation for G.....I like her character very much bec. she's somewhat like my own MIL...these situations remind me of the mistakes I did when i was young n newly married...i kept wondering most of the time what am i doing ke my MIL is reacting tht way..it's difficult to understand but now when i see yrkkh , i understand HER perspective better, and of course after our communication improved........i was worse than Aksh..i'm very selfish...i dun accept any person in my life so easily..i can't open up with everybody, what was expected of me.......I misunderstood her all these years bec. i couldn't see anybody beyond my husband and parents....but now things have changed....i'm sure with time G and Aksh will understand each other better......okay Aksh will make mistakes and learn from them..tht's how all of us learn the lessons of life....Aksh must be extra careful of her conduct specially in public places...she's not a kiddo anymore...


there r only 2 solutions for Akshara..to accept their parampara or not to accept..beech ka raasta is closed for her at this point of time.....if she wants to accept, she must do it with her heart and soul..if she doesn't wanna accept then she must learn to get what she wants.....she can't have best of both worlds.....right now her husband doesn't have a say in the family then how will she have hers?

in my opinion, this serial is a double edged sword coz its almost like everyone is right in their own ways and they are definitly showing reality to the extreme...a lot of us can associate with some of the events and many of us have gone through this so we dont want Akshara (who we see a younger/new-ly married version of ourself) go through the same....but every family has their own set of rules and its a part of being married to marry those rules also, whether we like them or not...but slowly and once we win the confidence of the inlaws should we even think of changing let alone breaking them...so in that perspective it is definitly too early for Akshara...not to mention she needs Naitik's support for every action of hers and both of them are no where close to doing anything against the family and their traditions....

I mite seem like I'm siding with Daddaji or Gayatri but in most of their actions they have a good reason for it and that reason is the family honour that has been maintained all these years by following certian customs and traditions...Naitik was wrong by dropping the Shimla bomb on the family at the last minute and expect Daddaji to be fine with it....that was very silly and careless on Naitik's part and I knew there was no way Aksh would be allowed to go...didnt he give permission for the film and also he was the one who hurried up the wedding...so we cant expect to say tht Daddaji overnight will let Akshara drop the pallu or let her study so easily....no way....its going to be an uphill and long battle for both Naitik and Akshara.

The only reasons I do not agree are when Gayatri says we didnt do it so she cant do it...thats silly and infact she should be more supportive and say that we were not allowed and we consequently suffered, so atleast let our DIL not have to go through that...anyways that also doesnt happen in reality either most of the times....

And for the ppl who say that they should split from the family I totally disagree!! Thats the worst Naitik can do...they should try to work things out in every way before taking any extreme steps...and practically what is he without his family name...nothing...they r showing us how Mohit is struggling without a job and also Naitik himself got rejected once....so I think they continue showing these things as they happen toany common man....

But the issue here is that no one wants to read and see the diary of that common man since quite a few of the things shown are difficult for the younger gen to digest...and truly no 1 wants to see their life being enacted all over again....we want something out of the box and entertaining coz thats why we actually watch TV right to divert our mind and ease out stress....but this is getting into complex sometimes extreme relationship portrayal and some of us are loosing interest fast...

but looking at where the serial is going, I think this is just the beginning for Akshara...right now they r showing the MIL character going south but there are many more rishtas like Rashmi, Nandini, maybe Mohit and ups and downs with Naitik itself....so if someone is watching for pure romance only, then doing have very high hopes....
