I think whatever Naitik plans will become part of the confession from both of them. I think Naitik will confess his feelings first. Afterall, the way he confessed his feelings wasn't really the most romantic so I'm assuming he'll confess again and show his deep remorse for the way he acted during the wedding and then Akshara will confess as well.
