Yes even though Akshara knows that she loves Naitik she is still the same shy natured person and its difficult to come out and say things...but she will definitly say it in the SR...

BTW where did Akshara's shyness go when she wrote tht letter to him? or even this time she should send a SMS or e-mail or love letter "i love you naitikji" but i cannot say it

in the dream sequence(right before she wrote the letter) naitik kissed her na...so shyness was thrown out the window 😆
