what is wrong with this show?

are they trying to imply that you shouldn't do anything your whole life and then two weeks before your wedding you should get "grooming classes"!!!

why was akshara learning how to wear makeup? she already wears so many pounds of makeup everyday and why is her hair still straight after she put rollers in it?

how could she not walk in heels? has she never worn heels in her entire life? and they weren't even that high and she could barely walk!

and who on earth knits a sweater these days!?!?

ps. why is akshara's family giving wedding cards to naitik's relatives??? they are from his side not hers!!!

I think the reason Aksh's relatives have to give invites to Naitik's relatives is because they are supposed to be invited to the wedding from both sides. As there will be some events hosted by the girl's side, they should feel like they are invited from both sides...that's how I understand it. It even works like that with my family and friends.

If u will be living in India..you will be knowing how important how imp. all the reasons are..Cards is always given..

Sweaters is actualy fr kids and not husband..but I do agree about the make-up thing..also the heels one..

But the way Divya was advicing them..was sweet!

I kind of disagree with you guys...coz in madwadi families cards are supposed to be given to both the families...actually these cards are meant for some special rishtedars...and not for all....infact in my di's wedding too we had to send cards to the grooms family...you see...it's sort of some 'niti-niyam'...

I find the grooming classes cute!and my cousins mom is a grooming teacher.She trains brides to be in basic housework for a month before marriage!

Cards r given in bulk to boy's family n they distribute it to whom they want to bring not girls's family.....

yeah i actually enojy these grooming classes, there entertaining and this way akhshara is learning something! but i agree with the hair, i saw no difference before and after she did her hair!I wish they did curls in aksharas hair,now that would look different....maybe on her mehndhi :)
