Hey guys! Im back with today's update!
Wow its June already!! which means school is almost over! YES! LOL. Well the ring exchanging ceremony was today. Except Naitik's ring didn't fit. Poor Akshara, she looked so worried/scared.
UPDATE
Rashmi tells Akshara that she can tell her if she likes the ring or not. Gayatri is watching from the door. Akshara thinks. She says that she likes it, its really pretty. Gayatri is really happy. Rashmi smiles. Gayatri comes. Akshara and Varsha take blessings from Gayatri. Gayatri puts Kajal behind Akshara's ear and tells her that she is looking very pretty. Gayatri smiles and she and Rashmi leave. Akshara looks at Varsha and frowns.
Shaurya praises Naitik's sherwani and says its looking really good on him. Naitik says that it was his stylist's choice. Mohit calls Gayatri and says that this is the stylist. Badi ma comes and they go to the main hall. They seat Naitik. Everyone is standing around them. Badi ma does Naitik's aarti. She gives him sweets and hands him a present. They do the rasam where the mother-in-law of the groom pulls his ear. Everyone laugh. Mohit says that badi ma did good, he told Gayatri that she should have done it before. Naitik glares at him and Mohit grabs his ears apologeticaly. Everyone laugh. Nandini says that they're all here joking and their poor sister-in-law is upstairs. Everyone wants to meet Akshara. Choti ma tells Dhaniya to tell Varsha to bring Akshara.
Akshara and Varsha are talking. Varsha says that she did good to not say that she didn't like the ring. Akshara says that she didn't like the ring, poor Rashmi she said to tell her the truth. Akshara says that engagement happens only once. Varsha says that you can always go with Naitik and get the design changed. Akshara says okay. Dhaniya comes. They make their way out of the door.
Shaurya downstairs introduces some people to Naitik and leaves. Naitik keeps looking up. Mohit teases Naitik. Someone says "Look the bride is here" Naitik looks up. Akshara is coming but she is blocked by Dhaniya. Naitik is restless because he can't see her. Everyone praises Akshara. Naitik still can't see her. Mohit shakes his head. Bhabhi ma says "meet her, this is our bahu Akshara" Everyone praises Akshara. Naitik still can't see Akshara. Everyone move aside and they show Akshara. She looks gorgeous. She sees Naitik. Naitik stares at Akshara. Aksahra blushes. Mohit bumps Naitik and tells him to stop staring, you have all lifetime to look at each other. Naitik gives him a look.
They seat Akshara down and they start the godh bharayee rasam. Everyone feed Akshara sweets and gives her presents. Akshara and Naitik smile at each other every moment they can. Everyone is happy.
BREAK
All the men are sitting and eating. Naitik's dad praises the food. There is a man there sitting. Naitik sees him and tells Vish that he is Naitik's mama. Naitik's dad tells him that he takes offense properly so they will have to go and serve him personally. Omi kaka and Shaurya come. Omi kaka comes and asks himto come and eat. Naitik's mama takes a drink.
The kids are upstairs. The boy's side kids and the girl's side kids are getting into a fight. Naniji comes and scolds Anshu saying that the girls side has to listen to the boys. Naniji leaves. The two kids groups are still in a fight.
BREAK
Naniji comes downstairs. She is talking to two of the women. Naniji says that Akshara's wedding is going to be grand. One of the ladies say that they will see. One of the women try to take Naniji away to eat but Naniji say that she will not eat until all the guests do. One of the other womens ask if Naniji's pearl necklace is real. ("Oh my god, your at their childs wedding!!) Naniji says yes, its not just for show. The women says how would we know. two women come and take Naniji away.
Its time to do the ring exchanging rasam. Gayatri brings Naitik over to Akshara. Naitik is grinning the whole time. Naitik and Akshara face each other. Naitik smiles and looks at Akshara. Akshara blushes. Naitik takes the ring. Daadi praises the ring and Gayatri smiles. Naitik takes Akshara's hand and slips the ring on. Everyone claps. Akshara takes the ring, she starts to slip on the ring but its too small. Bhabhi ma says "the ring is small" Gayatri says that they gave the right sized ring. Akshara is worried.
