families (could'nt think of any name)

two rajasthani families...
both from udaipur....
both follow culture n traditions but yet so different...
one side we have maheshwari family who are open minded who does not differentiate between daughters and daughter-in-law (yeah thanks 2 dadi she plays a vital role)
other side we have singhania family who are so so orthodox dat i dont have word for dem.. 2dy naitik's mum was like shaadi ke baad ghar ke kaam aur rasoi se akshara ko fursat kahaan milegi jo woh padh sake do they even cook??? 2dy only dey said that maharaja does everything without him they are handicapped.. so y does akshara has 2 cook when her mum-in-law n bhabhi maa doesnt???
if rashmi gets all d freedom y not akshara?? agar bahu nahi padh sakti toh y beti??
well i had decided i wont talk this here i was here 2 mention how beautifully two different families are shown by rajan shahi.. but wat to do couldnt control my anger...

pls realize this is just a show...if they dont show drama then y would we watch.

m not watching this serial for unnecessary drama.. i watch this for NaKsh and ShaVa

cool down Sim....It's a fictional show but it has a degree of realism in it..elders in the family keep objecting to one thing or the other....it's not about studies only....in every family there r elders who're orthodox or conservative ....but their concern is not always wrong.....Naitik, Rashmi belong to the same family but do u think they follow daddaji's rules and regulations ? bec. their parents were more liberal than daddaji...As a bahu there will be lots of expectations from Akshara but I'm sure Naitik and his family will support her..

well, Akshara is not interested in studies anyway. What is the point of doing something when you don't put your heart and brain in it. She doesn't like cooking either. I don't know what her mom had been teaching her all these years. Rajeshwari is just worried about getting her married off to a good match. But, why all this discussion? In all the shows they just show that the girls finish their studies and then, they all get married as if that is the ultimate goal of a girl's life. I can remember only a couple of shows like Kusum, Kasturi where girls tried to make a carrier out of their education. I know this is only a show but times are changing, have been changing and therefore writers' should try to be a little practical. For example, they should have tried to emphasize on Akshara's education instead of getting her married as these dramas are watched today in remote areas on India too.
