Akshi's daddy dearest seemed to just assume that akshi knew or was up to no good with that guy rather than asking her nicely about what happened and how it shouldn't happen again
I mean no offense, I understand that desi parents are like this, but have some faith in your child! Akshi is a good girl, her father knows that, I think it would've been more appropriate to ask what happened rather than getting on all blood boiled and screaming terms😕

i know
wow great topic
i so totally agree with you
i was thinking like come on do you think shes ever going to do anything wrong?
and i think thats one thing that matters the most for the parents to have trust in their children
and for the child not to misuse that trust
but Akshara doesn't even have a chance of freedom like
and not a chance to explain where she was
i hope further on her parents do clam down a bit

^^true, and i would understand if akshi had a bad reputation of breaking the rules and hanging out late w/ boys but this is probably one of the rare times she out of the house doing what she wants...
It seemed like that akshi had no chance for clarification and she was just given her punishment based upon what was seen and wrong assumed...

i know
okay if it was other poeple they judge on what they see
but come on their her parents
it did get me frustrated too that they dont well actually dont even give her that much freedom and even if she does go out or something to do form her own will she gets in trouble and doesn't even get the chance or opportunity to say where she was

What made it worse was the superguilty look on Akshara's face when her dad asked her if there was anyone other than Varsha with her.....she should have had a shocked or incredulous look on her face there....her guilty look just convinced her father even more that she was out with some guy :S

^^haha, no joke
what she needs is a panel of expert liers and some tips
not saying she needs to lie to her family but atleast lead them to believe that she wasn't doing anything wrong... she accepted defeat even before the war, that was her fault, but Im still super upset about papaji not listening to her...

Awesome Topic! 😊
Yeah I was thinking the same...
they should have aksed Akshara what had happened instead of just assuming she had done something wrong...

Absolutely right! When I saw the episode, I was like what was that. When Akshara's father doubted her, he doubted his own upbringing. It was to hard to believe that a father who loves her daughter very much wouldn't even ask once. Also, everybody has "forgiven" her (What did she do, that she should ask for forgiveness ..huh), it still hasn't been clarified that how that guy held her hand just to save her from falling.

And, trust in one's child has nothing to do with how orthodox or modern parents are. This is the first of this production house that I am watching and I have no idea how progressive they are in portraying ideas, but if things continue like this, that will be disappointing.

And..yh..had somebody scolded Akshara for duping the servant and staying out so long without informing any one at home, then I would have agreed.
