Actually Sid has been suffering alone all along, the only true friend he had was Sweetyji, who truly cared for him and worried about him- put Sid's worries above his own...

After marriage you get a soulmate who should share your sorrows, looks like Sid has to now fight Anushka as well as kk- she has become a hindrance rather than a soulmate
