I think when they reject Bail you can appeal in Supreme Court

I learned that much from Salman Khan cases

If nothing works his lawyer appeal in Supreme Court and this method works

My grandfather is a lawyer but I don't wanna ask him cause context is easily understood and mom will spank me 😆

According to me bail can get cancelled on grounds of evidence.

Then you have to be detained and can later appeal to higher courts. Then they'll issue order of release but you can't leave country and stuff

They might have taken his finger print when he went to lock up Last time. That's part of procedure I believe

The earlier bail was cancelled due to new evidences. Again they will need to apply for bail...that may need appearance in court- the judge may let him off with penalty and surety till the case starts...
