Awesome!! so you're the perfect person to answer this.

What do you think of the negotiation/threat tactic sid employed to get the 100% waiver with the aircraft company?

My personal thought was that it might look awesome to establish bravado.. but a long term relationship perspective.. you lost yourself an airline maker.. and given that there are only 2 bid ones in the world.. you will be stuck with a monopoly situation later with the competitor, as this player won't entertain you.

What do you think? I found the whole negotiation very stupid.
