Its more like they think they are some sort of expert in judging. Someone retorted back to her that she thought the actress in question was excellent.

Her literal words are: "my life experience of watching many tv shows, series and movies from different backgrounds, countries and cultures have taught me one thing or two about acting. So I have standard to judge if it's good or bad or even lack of any acting at all."

I am just really really?? The actress she is talking about was nominated for an International Emmy. These people watch shows from around the world. They probably also know a thing or two about acting as well. Acting is sooo subjective.
