I like both your ideas! You're right padma, we can't increase the followers or buzz! Just the activity is in our hands. VMs are something I can promise, maybe once or twice a week and I can hit the CM 20 times a day. I still might be hitting it around 10!

Although I like Harshi's approach as well. Allotting duties, because I don't think the regular members will have a problem with that. You can jot down some points like -

1. CM hitter

2. Post maker

3. Poll maker

4. LT makers

Etc etc. And people can volunteer themselves to assist in that. I think it'll be a good idea. Everyone of us understands we're not here to blame each other but collectively move up 😃

Rest you guys are better judges :)

From my side, I can't promise much activity on LT threads, as I can't give that much time but stories and VMs, you can expect them from me 😊

I agree to all the points Padma, I hit chaska meter all the time I log in and log off , and yes we need more activity since more activity will attract more viewers and I have figured this out that they count 1 for two pink activity. like this week we had 70 for activity but our actual activity is 140 which you all can see if go past pages and count the new pink topic.

And next- let's not leave any post blue. Comment on all the post.. if 10-12 active user comment on each post which does not have 250 views or 25 comments than we can get easily many pink post. Post like help, query etc..

Can one of you make a job roster?

Thanks Khushboo for the insight about how points are calculated for threads.

We need to set targets.

CM targets and threads targets

Our thread target should be at least 100 which means 200 threads!!!

Can someone take charge of the targets and the roster.

I volunteer for the CM and I can create polls also haha have learnt my lessons on that front plus can contribute to making threads pink, can also participate in LTs.

I think we should have a volunteer thread. CM duty should be common to all, i.e., hitting minimum 20 times a day. Even if there are 10 CM hitters we automatically reach 200 hits. You and me and Khushboo can do more. I can do 50 hits certainly.

We need volunteers for the other duties for activity.

May be we should use a different way of naming LT threads so that we can keep count and make sure we hit our target every day.

Like say LT_9 July_1_316, LT_9 July_2_317, LT_9 July_3_318, etc.

So we aim for 10 LTs a day, that will make 70 threads a week, so just 35 points. The rest will have to be VM threads, polls, LUs, Countdown threads, spoiler threads, fan fiction threads, etc. We need at least 10 per day..

We can always do bonus LTs if we are all excited.

I have a suggestion!

We can have more threads daily.

- Episode Analysis thread

- Performer of the day thread ( from the episode choosing the best performer)

- Countdown thread (Hiya makes them at times)

- Precap thread ( with discussion of the precap each day)

Rest you all may suggest :)

I wish I could make them but I don't see the episode the same day. If we can make it one day after, I can make the performer of the day thread 😳

P.S. I can also make a non-show thread! Like everyday "Get-To-Know-the-members" kinda thread! You know life koffee with karan 😆 A question each day to which the forum members answer. I know all of this can happen in the LT as well but we can increase the threads this way, LTs can keep on functioning as they do.
