Yet another well crafted episode!

Kudos to the team for keeping the balance consistently.👏👏👏

Just mentioning some things I noted.

1. Gayatri seems to have changed all of a sudden. One can make out she is upset and not just grieving. It is as if she has reached the phase where she is looking back at her life, wondering what she did with it. She no longer wants to let her life revolve around her (husband and) children. Purva left early for some reason- she yawns and answers when asked about her daughter. Sidhanth has to serve his breakfast himself, as his mother seems more interested in the newspaper. When the car comes to pick her son up, it is difficult to say whether she is sad or happy. It seemed like she remembered that was Prabhakar's routine and also it might have reminded her of how her son didn't want to take her advice regarding joining KKR.

2. Woh insaan hai itni boring' scene- along with being awesomely sweet, it reminded me of what Prabhakar once told Anushka- She is not the person she was when she left for States. Sidhanth meant it in jest, but whatever happened between them and how she chose to react and move on, made her this introvert. Even KK referred to this when he asked her what she was doing, practising Bharatanaatyam when she should have been out, partying with her friends.

3. The way she conceded she might be boring, but will not continue to be, since he has come back in to her life- Sid was totally charmed by this moment.

4.. The Book Release: Anushka was more interested in seeing Sidhanth early in the morning, than in the 25 years of Reddy Corp..😆

5. Loved it that the whole segment was dedicated to Prabhakar.👍🏼

6. Sidhanth's cold reaction to the dedication his father received, actually makes me look forward to that moment he will break down. He is hurting so much. He lost the man he respected and loved. He lost respect for that man. And now, he can't even shed tears for him. The day he will be able to do that, will be the day he will be set free. Poor thing. Such a terrible state! Again, kudos to the team for keeping the embers glowing. It is painful to watch, but this is the pyre which will purify and cleanse him. I understand how difficult it must be to make these scenes without losing relevance and reverence.👍🏼

7. KK seemed taken back for a while, but seemed to brush it off simply as Sidhanth's manner of speaking. I often wonder what was KK's role in the said corruption tale? Did he manipulate the situation to his advantage, thereby gaining a smart advisor?

8. Sidhanth s solution to reclaiming the money may not have been the way Prabhakar would have gone at it. The airline company deserves it probably, since they seem to be taking advantage of KKR's situation. Sid's reasoning is fair enough- he's usually good at this, looks like there will be no repercussions on this particular step at least.

9. The flowers appeared to creep out Anushka- beautifully done by Palak👏- Poor thing really looks like one lost little girl out there! 🤗

Yet another episode on the roll and yet another fantastic write up from you...👏👏👏
I'm totally gone with what you have written but will wait to comment later as I haven't seen the episode...

On Mrs. Prabhakar...I think she has been Mrs. Prabhakar all her life. For her that means everything and the path her husband chose was something that she saluted and put life towards it... Now, the guy is gone and the sampling she is supposed to depend on is not following her husband's path (well, for now). I pitch is, she is angry and upset with Sid for joining Reddy Corp. She wants her son to prevail and she needs to say to Prabhkar's photo 'look at your son, he followed your path and has become successful'...something to the effect...hence, her current attitude...

Thank you...

On the whole, this episode was particularly exciting for the insights it gave into three characters- Gayatri, Anushaka and Sidhanth. Along with a love story blossoming, it is great to see the character graphs being displayed.👏

Thank you.
When they said Gayatri is going to get interesting, I was not expecting this. It is good to see her trying to make some meaning out of her life.

Sidka is- - every look, every stare, every smile...❤️

Soup, you summed it all up. Lovely post as usual 😃.
My two cents.

Gayatri's behaviour is by far the most realistic I've seen in desi shows. There is a certain numbness and disinterest after losing a spouse of decades. Both the writers and the actor have done a wonderful job here. As for her sad smile and brushing away a tear in the last scene, I see it as a continuation of planting a new tree scene (the one where she plants it). She seems to have realised she needs to let Sid do what he is doing, and make his own mistakes. Parents sometimes need to let go.

As for Sid's cold reaction to the dedication his father received, nothing is worse than a child losing the respect for his parent. Even if Prabhakar did take the bribe (yes I still believe he is not completely white), I do get where he is coming from. He does not want his son to make the same mistakes he made. Let's see how the writers proceed with this.

Anu's behaviour seems a bit abrupt to me. All of a sudden, she seems to have forgotten the past. I get the bit that it was required so that Prabhakar to pick the signs, but still...

Well about gayatari ...as Salil sir said that you will see gayatari journey now ...her role is imp...what her role going to be ...I think she will ate out from her house ...she is a house wife throug out her life now when she see both of their children doing their own going on their own path...it's not abt sidhanth it's abt purva as well who start doing modelling and don't even bother to tell her mother abt it ...how this goes with gayatari initially ...or may be like prabhakar she will support her ...but it will hurt her that both her children doing their own ...it will going to be difficult ...and hurtful for her but hope she will overcome this phase...I think cvs will show gayatari start doing something for herself ...learning something ...or stepping out of home and do something ...lets see what salil sir mean when he said it's gayatari journey.

Very well written.
I guess in Gayatris case she must have been looking forward to Prabhakar now edging towards retirement and spending more time with her. She must be feeling cheated and thus probably bitter.

Beautiful episode and beautiful write up. I have been watching bits and parts here and there and getting scared for getting so hooked on to the show.
Anushka probably got worried thinking what if Siddhant is late for the book launching 😳
And it is really hard to see Siddhant being disrespectful towards his dad. Who knows how long we will have to wait?

Here we go!😆Thanks again, Ri.😳

Gayatri- True. It is very realistic, plus I wonder if she is slowly falling apart. I'm actually scared about that. There's nothing much she can do to control her children and it is going to kill her if she feels they are going against Prabhakar's principles...

Sid- Prabhs: Actually I don't have a problem if Prabhakar took the bribe. I feel more than a bribe as money, it must have been a threat or a favour asked, he couldn't say no to...Either way, he is paying the price for it and even if he was innocent, I would say Prabhakar is smiling up on his son wherever he is...he knows Sidhanth is going through fire and this fire will make him stronger.

Anu- When I sit down to think about the issues you and Rekha / Sanfan raised, I find her even more interesting.

She appears quite consistent to me, actually. She had wanted to keep a distance initially, since she felt Sid was acting too big for his boots. Ever since she saw how he would stand up for Prabhakar in particular, she wanted to reconcile. Plus there was that advice Prabhakar told her about how he as a father was confused by Sidhath too, but he could still see qualities that made everyone attracted to Sidhanth. Anushka doesn't need any further certification for Sid's character after that. What held her back after that was the fact that Sid himself would never consider her as a friend again and she felt it was too complicated to be dealt with and sadly decided to leave it at that.

Prabhakar's demise changed all that because she started worrying for Sid. She was restless the entire time he was in Patna. She calmly took in his rude behaviour to her the day he returned...I guess Anu realised it was not worth retaliating to anyway, since she knows he means well...and that no amount of caring and worrying from her side would change his attitude towards her.

She tried to advise him regarding his future as a friend who genuinely cared for him (probably also because she had that conversation with Prabhakar where he explained Sid to her).

The very next day, Sid himself came up with a new turn to their friendship. Instead of ignoring or provoking her like he usually did, he chose to ask her to be a friend again. (I really thought he was going to tell her to get out of his life when I saw the precap! And I was actually watching the scene, wondering how Anu could just stand there looking calm and cool when Sid might be dropping the bomb anytime soon. 😆 )

Poor Anu thought this was a second chance at friendship, while Sid was just tired fighting her and her bhaashan delivery she seemed to have inherited from his dad.

The rest is history. She ended up being too cute for him to resist!😆

OK. I got distracted with the love story here. What I meant to say is, I love the little snippets into Anushka...and how unbelievably simple she is. And how strong she might be...She thought she had acquired some resilience in these seven years, but like Sid said- she is the same softy type ki ladki.

This episode highlighted two things about her. One, she doesn't get offended when called boring'. Deep down, she agrees she has been lonely and boring ever since she went away from Sid. We have seen her breaking down in the first episode itself when she realised how deep this guy still affects her, when she couldn't bear to come face to face with him.

Secondly, she is afraid to stand up for herself. She was, at least in the past. The 'Bobby tried to kiss me' dialogue seemed to indicate she didn't know ho wto deal with the situation and was begging Sid to help. I don't know how much of that has changed. The bouquets don't amuse or excite her- she simply finds a secret admirer worrisome. In the past, she never had to bother about these things because Sidhanth was there. He had promised he would take care of her. She had trusted him enough to even test him...

Things have changed now. She knows Sidhanth wouldn't believe her probably. She cannot trust him blindly without fear of judgement anymore. I would really like to see if she can tackle this on her own.

As for her ambitions...I think Anu likes to take it cool. She is a Prabhakar type of personality- believes in simplicity and honesty and integrity. Beyond that she doesn't seem inclined to be a part of any power struggle. I think she is going to be more of a victim and I really hope by then she is strong enough...
