I also don't think TN and Sudha should interfere...and so far TN has only spoken, or at least I have seen him speak when it comes to them involving his son...In todays episode, it was clearly visible how tang he is of all this drama..

I really have no hope from Madhav...He didn't speak when Rashmi needed him to, don't think he'll speak now either...

I can't imagine a Mom going to such lengths to break her sons own marriage even after knowing how much it means to him..I hope Madhav leaves his house and goes back to US forever...Apparently, all that Rashmi said has no effect on Shuklain..How is she able to face herself when insulting someone to such lengths?? Jeez!

But what an episode! And Rashmi was fantastic! She finally provided a soothing balm to my anger with Madhav and his moronic parents and my frustration with her for putting up with this! Good riddance to bad rubbish, girl! Well done!

i m officialy in love with this lady, who finallt stood for her self respect. I would have loved little more words for Suklas form her. But I loved her...something was boiling inside me from the frist insult of Rashmi parents from parents of. moron Madhav...Thank god she stood for her parents...self respect....He she would have married like anohter Rajan shahi or BT heroine for self sacrifice...Her respect wpuld have reduced to zero...Finally another show on COlors which shows women have equal right and self respect...and her parents .too....and after Sia one more girl who stood for right and her parents self respect against own love....against society....I am proud of this ficitonal character..I know its not possbile...but I wnanna see more girls like this on TV...not like rajan shahi leads who give me nauseating feeling with their regressive attitude

Bravo Rashmi Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!!! 👏
Finally she not only stood up for herself, her parents but for all women..She said all the right things in a proper manner....She poured her heart out with all the feelings she felt in last few weeks being subjected to insults and humilliations from Shuklas and Madhav's keeping quiet did not help...I am proud of her the way she handled it...No turning back..Shuklas will have great soul searching to do now...
I hope Madhav leaves and never returns back to those parents who were so hateful and spiteful for his love for Rashmi...

I find myself in the middle ground on this one

One, we feel the Vajpayees are too silent because we're dying to know what TN and Sudha really think of this drama so that we can make up our minds about them.

Two, it seems to me that although they are personally put off with this hungama - it is not in their personalities to be comfortable with such shooshaa- they are not really unused to such drama. I get the feeling they have seen this sort of behaviour before and it does not SHOCK them the way it does us.

Three, on the one hand the Vajpayees are right in keeping out of a matter that is not strictly their fmaily concern but on the other, it is highly inappropriate for TN to lecture the Shuklas on their upbringing. So if he has kept quiet out of manners, where are his manners now?

The only answer I can think of is the state of TN's mind. He does not care a jot for Madhav or Rashmi or the Shuklas or the Majumdars or the Mathurs. What he is concerned about is Abeer and he has a secret niggling worry that his son is an independent thinking chap, who might go ahead and fall in love with whom he pleases and do exactly as his heart dictates. In fact he has understood his son rather well. But TN is so afraid he's trying to mask the whole fear by convincing himself that as long as his parvarish is ok, Abeer will stay on the straight and narrow. He is trying to convince himself that there is a difference in the WAY the two boys were brought up and THEREFORE Abeer will never behave like Madhav. Because this fear is consuming him, he brings up the topic of upbringing again and again.

As for Sudha, I think she WILL speak up but for Abeer and not for Madhav - after all kahani abhi baaki hai 😊😊

Fab discussion going on! 👏 Loved everyone's take on TN & Sudha .. and agree that they should not interefere, moreso now that its all over! Whats the point in doing a post-mortem of Rashmi's outburst ..

@ rajeev4aamna (sorry .. don't know your name) - Agree with you that TN has spoken only when it comes to his son. Otherwise, he's been a silent spectator to the whole tamasha.
@ Bubble - About TN camoflouging his fears .. its so true and actually made me think about the whole scenario from that perspective! That was a fab take on TN and his state of mind! 👏

Just goes to show that Rashmi was bang on about her decision... that wimp just gritted his teeth and still didn't pe his mouth!😡
