Hi guys!

The accident scene and the aftermath of it when Mukhi is taken home has been bothering me for a few days, in my opinion it was cut much too short and that fancy editing of doing it in black and white took away from the raw emotion from the raw footage. We have all seen the raw footage spoilers of the accident scene for about a week at least prior to the episode and you can see how much Aru is screaming and how much blood is covering her hands as she stares in horror at it.

To me the raw footage had so much feeling in it, seeing the bright color of the blood drenching her hands was powerful, so we all had such high hopes for when the episode would air and we could see it polished up and to me the actual accident scene was a bit of a letdown.

Aru's speech at the end about staying was amazing.

I am including a clip of the raw footage, and if you look at how long Aru is screaming holding Mukhi in her lap, looking around yelling for help, staring at her hands in disbelief, from the 15 second mark to 1:03, they could have used the entirety of that scene almost the way it was with some small cleanup editing and it would have been utterly powerful. Just watching this clip I was feeling her anguish and pain and in the actual episode, the black and white choppy freeze frame took the emotion out of it.

It is just something that I was feeling so I had to let it out lol, and in actuality because of this, I have stopped watching any spoilers or precaps etc., because I find it is not always shown the same way that we think it will be so I will just let myself be surprised at each episode instead of having an idea of what will happen.

p.s if you watch the rest of the clip you can see that in reality Niyati actually scraped/cut herself pretty bad during the scene and there's a part where you see Eijaz putting powder on it for her :)

Maybe some rules for prime time TV that they are not allowed to show too much of blood and gore??
Why are they hurrying everything.😲 Even the well scene was done very quickly!!

It is funny that in a lot of scenes they show patience and slow camera work, like when Aru falls and Mukhi grabs her on several occasions, those scenes they slow down. For example when he was brushing the hair out of her face, that scene was nice, slow, and set a nice mood, yet the action sequences, the ones where there is some frantic moments, life threatening stuff, they speed thru lol, it is almost like they have two separate film crews, one for the acting parts and another for the action ones and we need the action ones to slow the hell down and properly show the sequences since the actors are giving it 100% 😆

it simple they had to finish it first coz of sony they literally relying on Atomb bomb called sony which can blast any time so cant blame cvs here but yes Editing of the show are always a weak point point especially related to sony shows they litterally sack all the beautiness of the scene...

Dear Spartan,

It was a nice and well written post. I did see this spoiler. I rarely do. It takes away the fun of watching for me.

I sometimes watch some of these videos if there is an interview going on. The problem of shooting videos are if they are not edited, they can be pretty boring stuff.

The stuff we watch in these spoiler videos (at least good ones) are also like rest of the shooting. Unlike the drama rehearsals (which are lot more fun), shooting is boring. It takes hours to get one shot as a lot of things need to be right.

If we do not watch these spoilers, (like how we do not get to see how a film was shot and how much raw footage was not used) we won't notice these.

Now, I will come back to the point you made why they did not use such a emotional scene. I read that in one comment it was said that it can be due to prime time restriction on how much blood to show. Or the channel guidelines.

But generally there is a story arc and plot point which makes a lot of such choices too. Generally, in serials, we are expected to stop the particular episode on a certain note, (It is basic for any script writing), or even end a week on a certain note, and this can be another reason.

And I forgot to mentions that I really was happy to see that the weddings were not stretched for a year.

I have quit on shows just because the wedding will not end.

I'm finding that a lot of the scenes are rushed. Firstly, the well scene was so abrupt..how did Mukhi rescue; why didn't anyone question both them dripping wet; why didn't Aru tell Mukhiji that she was pushed?
Then the accident scene..Aru was shown for a few seconds yelling his name and crying and then next scene, she's at the house. How did Aru manage to come with an injured Mukhiji to the village where the villagers carried him to the house?

Mukhiji told Saanvi that he knows Aru is good for him...when did he come to that realisation? All along, we have been shown that he considers her a young person and a doffer, how then did he come to realise that Aru is good for him?

In Friday's precap, he calls Aru his wife..again, when did he come to accept that? He blamed her for deceiving him..etc. how then does he now, all of a sudden, call him his wife???

Overall, I find that a lot of the scenes that are about the two of them are rushed and there is no feel to the developments of their feelings.
