Is it only me or do you guys have the same feeling that Maya started this whole problem beween Sumitra and Inder years ago.....
My reason:
Ashmit's story it really sounds true because that is the version his mother told him and his mother from what we have seen; is loving, kind and is always on the path of truth. Dadi and Maya version (As far as Dadi knows..) also sounds true, I mean they had proof of the event so of course Ronit had to believe........but this is What I'm thinking please bear with me......
Since Maya always wanted to Marry Inder but he was infact seriously in "LOVE" with sumitra;...... could Maya (out of jealousy/rage😡/greed...or whatever it was that motivated her to do wicked deeds) have plotted with the producer to set up sumitra in that hotel room?
Maybe Inder was truely heart broken because he had gone through a lot to convince his mother to allow him marry a beautiful actress who had stolen his heart and now the same girl had crushed his heart to a million pieces(probably why he attempted suicide!!!!) .....
Of course our dear Maya was right around the corner waiting for Dadi to turn to her to Marry Inder in order to save the family reputation.😕 How convenient for her ....would you say!!!
