Yes..they did take it slow to register the equation of Roshan in audience mind.
Aman has trust issues and he needs lessons in anger management but then aren't jinns supposed not to have heart or human emotions? He still loves Roshni...says a way lot about his heart even though he actually is the badshah of jinnat.
I would like the writers to portray this complexity in his character and bring about the redemption..where he manages to overcome his own shortcomings..
Roshni also needs to grow as a character...
I'm okay with the characters doing mistakes till they promise learning from their own mistakes...humans do err, and it's a story ,so someone has to...but they have to learn and understand where and why they err ..work on it.
I want both Roshni and Aman to grow as characters and see their better sides in upcoming episodes...
My issue is the derogatory way he talks to her and all those insults. I wish they explore that because you can’t demean someone this bad and then profess to love them too. I don’t buy it.
Roshni needs to stop with her cute and hot and be at his beck and call. This time for family I understand as she wants to repay him for all the things he calls her but she needs to also have one full session with him where she tells him clearly why she will not be back - maybe before redemption.
The separation was brutal specially before that it was Alia and that disgusting track where everything went custard. Then the bakery burning and owning a person and then more name calling. I think it’s getting back on track and they should continue and move the story along and focus on love and redemption. Keep it simple and magic can come too.
But if as a jinn he can’t have heart or emotions then how was he ever in love? And if he is in love then where is the trust? It needs to be balanced.
