Aise Kaise?

I saw in yesterday's episode Aman was sleeping on couch that has hand-rest that would give tough fight to Burj Khalifa (sorry to exaggerate🤣). Aman has kept his head on it, so, how come his neck is still fine? If I use two pillows, my neck would not move the next day😳. Aman, tell me the secret😳

But on a serious note if u do yoga everyday and have a flexible spine u will not have this problem. May be he does that and bones are very good.
