Rakesh has never lived with Naina. Since childhood they have lived separately in different apartments so its expected that Naina doesnt know his routine. Before Sameer actually made the effort to get Rakesh to attend Sangeet, Rakesh rarely showed affection towards Naina. In fact it looked like Naina was a burden on him he wanted to get rid off. He was even willing to marry her off to Sharad after knowing that he was an abuser.

He has changed alot now but since they have been kind of estranged their entire lives how would Naina actually know things about Rakesh? But from the upcoming it seems that Naina will make efforts to care for Rakesh and Sameer will do the same.

Yes, Sameer was being irresponsible in not listening to Rakesh's screams. But I agree on your point that Naina has never lived with Rakesh to even know his routine, let alone remembering it.

Though the dialogs were funny but I did not like Sameer tone to Rakesh on the morning tea... come on at this age Rakesh is actually putting efforts to settle them and what ever be the case a FIL deserves respect... “Chai Khud bana lete” was so uncalled for...

I was thinking the same from the day they've started this journey. Suddenly our old Naina is looking like a different girl. We know how kharoos is Rakesh Sir. And now he is the one who is looking normal and the most responsible one. 😔And Sameer so heartless. I mean the guy was screaming in pain when that wardrobe fall on his toe. How irresponsible was this from Samaina that none went to rescue Rakesh. If this was Rakesh .........I would understand. He was always like that. Never picked Naina when she fell on mud in school.

So I think shayad this is intentional. They I mean Samaina is taking revenge I guess. We all know how Rakesh tortured Sameer during Pujadi's shadi.

We have always seen rakesh habit to screamed so sameer might thought he is doing same only .

Yeah i too think ,that chai part was little rude but i still think sameer is better than his own son who disowned him

I still loving sasur-damad equaation ,its first time they are living together so it gets some time to adjust both with each others .

Sameer respect him and he too but its more like their khati-meethi nok jhok more now rather serious fights or insult from rakesh as he did before so many times.

The thing is they might be fil and sil but their relation is not that conventional. It has its own flavour and shade because of the past they have shared. No FIL will talk to his SIL like Rakesh does and no SIL will give back like Sameer does. Their relationship is meant to be atrangi and I love that. Just like Samaina will always be friends first before being husband and wife, despite everything Rakesh and Sameer will be SS and BKD forever before anything else. Rest the understanding and responsibility will grow when they live together and actually develop a bond because for now they are only tolerating each other because they love Naina.
