Aftermath of Sagai
Life has been a rollercoaster 360 change for Samaina after their engagement party...but the way they stood by each other being the much needed strength and proving that with the love by your side you can overcome any obstacle...proving that however they fight end up being together at the end...
After the sagai function and the fights happening in the function...both the families went back to their respective houses...
The said parents who fought against each other and never cared for the feelings and emotions of their children...similar to every time...Vishakha left Sameer and Rakesh never cared to talk about it further...to understand Naina's feelings...
Taiji declared the rishta to be finished from their side...but how can it be broken when it's stiched by the thread of love , care and innumerable respect and support for each other...
Both Rakesh and Vishakha didn't care to look at the situation of their respective child after that fiasco...
The next day arrived and the wait for Samaina finished as they could now meet in college...
Naina got ready earlier to avoid any new drama or instructions from taiji about not meeting with Sameer and went to college earlier than usual...
On the other side sameer who couldn't sleep at night also went to college earlier...because somehow he knew Naina would come earlier to college today...as both their families didn't let them speak with each other on night...
They both reached the college at same time...And looked towards each other and shared an eyelock...they didn't need any words to talk...their eyes were doing this for them...Sameer just moved towards his bike and started it...And on a queue naina came and sat behind him...without any question...And Sameer moved towards the mandir where they could talk freely...they reached the temple and were about to go inside ... But the sight in front of them made the earth slip beneath their feet...
They saw tauji and mamaji talking and laughing...if this was not enough the exchange of words between them shocked them further and made them feel cheated...
Mamaji: wah Aggarwal sahab...wah...Kya tarkeeb lagayi aapne...Mtlb khud ki zara si bezzati karwa kar...rishta hi tudwa diya...
Tauji: arey Maheshwari ji...aap bhi kam thode hi hain...aapne bhi toh kaise Rakesh ko bhadkaya...aur uska swabhav Toh hai hi aisa...aur aise prem vivah karwake hume apne ghar ki izzat ko mitti main nahi milana tha..
Here Samaina heard them talking and understood that all the fights in sagai in the morning as well as in the evening was planned by them...
Samaina: tauji/mamaji...
Both of them looked at each other and then towards Samaina...And laughed out loud...on the victory of their vicious plans...but they were unaware of the fact the relation they were trying to ruin was nurtured with love,eternal love and samaina's longing for each other after all this was a proof to it...
Both the parties went to their respective home and the new fact enclosed was discussed...
Naina told this to everyone and as a result Chachaji break all ties with tauji and taiji... Rakesh was also unaware of this so this was shocking for him too...although he didn't break any ties with tauji and taiji he was still the part of the other family and decided to stay in Anand's house from now on...(I have not included the confrontation as it will become much more lengthy )
Here with Sameer after the confrontation mamaji declared...
Mamaji:Dekh bai sonu beta...saaf kehna sukhi rehna...Haan humne kiya yeh sab...sau baat ki ek baat beta...vo ladki Naina tere layak nahi hai...wo toh ameer ladka deekha nahi ki phasa liya...aur tu toh hai hi bhola...
Sameer: bas mamaji...shayad aap bhul rahein hain aap jiske baare mein baat kar rahe wo meri honewali biwi hai...aur uske khilaaf Mein ek shabad bhi nahi sununga...
Mamiji:tu toh usse itna pyaar karta hai...Kya wo bhi karti hai tujhe itna pyaar...jab tere pass kuch nahi hoga Wo aayegi tere pass...socha hai kabhi...
Sameer: haan...
Mamaji: aise hai na...toh ab agar tune uss Naina se koi rishta rakha toh tujhe yeh ghar chodna hoga...tujhe shaadi Karni hai na uss ladki se toh nikal jq Iss ghar se...
That day was the turning point of samaina's life...
From breaking relations to forming the new one ...from being carefree children to responsible adults...from being lovers to life partner...every dynamic of their lives changed for good...
After knowing that Sameer has shortage of money to buy house Naina's love and chachaji's support was a ray of light for him...And he decided to earn for himself and Naina for a better future...
That day Chachaji decide to marry both of them in mandir but Sameer refused as he wanted to give the memorable wedding...a wedding every girl dreams of...
It had been a week to that drama...Sameer was living in Munna's house...And was continuously searching for the job with college...Naina was no less she helped sameer in every way she can...And was also looking for a part time job...writing once her passion had become a necessity for her...she wanted to lessen his burden...because her saying was...agar ghar dono ka hoga...toh kamana bhi toh dono ko chahiye...And here Sameer would lose to her...
Chachaji and chachiji were also although sad at the situation of their children...but were happy to see them struggle to stand on their own feet and achieve everything in life ...
As usual Naina was helping Sameer in studies and Sameer had also started to to take studies serious as now he wanted to become responsible man for his wife...
After college time both went to their respective house where a shock was awaiting Sameer...Munna's father throw him out of the house on mamaji's saying and as he was a simple shopkeeper to compare with him...he had to throw him out of the house...
Naina who was going through her stuff in bag...noticed that sameer's notes are left with her and they had test tommorow...she decide to go and give him the notes ...Rakesh saw her going outside and inquired about it...on knowing the cause he decide to accompany her...
When they both reached there...the sight was heart wrenching for Naina...seeing her love being thrown out of the house...she held him...And consoled him...whereas Rakesh yelled at Munna's father for his behaviour...
Rakesh: arey oo...aisa kon karta hai...agar aisa hi ghar se bahar nikalana tha toh rakha hi kyun tha...
M dad: tumhe itna pyaar aa raha hai toh tum hi kyun nahi rakh lete...tumhara toh hone wala damad bhi hai yeh...
Rakesh: haan haan rakh lunga...
Saying this he held his suitcase...
Rakesh: aye BKD chal yahan se...(this is the difference between Vishakha and Rakesh...Rakesh although never cared for Naina didn't ever blamed her for their sour relation...because he knew the limitations were from his side...but Vishakha never understood her folly and always blamed Sameer)
Next some days have been the most important phase of samaina's life...living in same house before marriage...being taunted with the tag of ghar jamai...studies of final year...And job hunting...all were taking a toll on them...but in between one thing grew more stronger their faith, that love for each other grew more stronger...
One day at college...the gang was enjoying in the college when Sunaina and the gang arrived there...
Sunaina came at their table...
Sunaina: Sameer tumhe pata hai kal mere papa tumhare ghar aaye the...unhone tumhe toh nahi dekha...but wo keh rahe the ki unhone tumhare mamaji se baat ki...
Sameer: Sunaina mujhe tumhari baatein sunn ne mein koi interest nahi hai...
Sunaina: par Sameer meri puri baat to sun lo...
Naina held Sameer's hand he calmed and bit and Sunaina continued...
Sunaina: wo papa na kal meri aur tumhari shaadi ki baat karne gaye the kal...aur...
Naina:aur
Sunaina:(smirked) aur unhone yeh rishta pakka kar diya...padhai khatam hote hi wo humari sagai kara denge aur kuch saalon baad shaadi...
Gang laughed out loud after listening to this...
A confusion was written all over Sunaina's face...
Preeti: wo kya hai na Sunaina iss Desh Mein abhi bhi do shaadiyan karni kannon mein nahi hai...jab ho jaye tab tumhara yeh sapna pura ho jayega...
Sunaina:mt...Mtlb...
Sameer: Mtlb yeh...(Sameer lifted both his and Naina's hand and showed her the engagement rings) humari sagai ho chuki hai...
Sunaina: kya...
And she left from there in shock...
Sunaina: mera plan toh barbaad ho gya...socha tha ki Naina ke saamne rishte ki baat karke inn dono ladai karwaoungi...aur phir papa se keh Sameer aur mere rishte ki baat aage badhegi...par yahan toh sab ulta ho gya...ab Sameer kabhi mera nahi ho sakta...
Like this 6 months passed and Samaina have come on terms living life like this...living in a single house changed dynamics of every relation between the family members...Sameer had become the much needed responsible beta of Aggarwal family...Rakesh had also started to express his softness towards him...Preeti had just got an another partner in crime...And for Naina seeing his love indulging with her loved ones has given her immense happiness...
In the context to career...Sameer had found a part time job of a salesman at a company( courtesy a big city Ahmedabad) and Naina had been concentrating on writing her book and giving tuitions to children in the area...she is also trying to contribute towards his hardwork...
It is been very difficult for Sameer to adjust in this lifestyle but with Naina by his side not once his belief has shaken...
Sameer has started to realise the worth and value of money...although being 20 years he couldn't claim the possession left by his nanu for him...so he has to earn the money this way...but now being open to real world and facing the challenges thrown at him...he had decided to become worthy and responsible enough for claiming his nanu's belongings...he wanted to be the son nanu wanted...he wanted to be The Sameer Jay Prakash Maheshwari...his nanu dreamt of...
And by his side...was his love...not only as lover now but as a life partner...
And for mamaji he was happy that the single obstacle in his path was removed...And honestly Vishakha never cared to know about sameer's well being...
They have faced a lot difficulties in these months...the interfering society has left no stone unturned to disrespect them...
Now today was yet another happy day in samaina's life...
The Aggarwal family had gone out of town on a marriage and were to return next day in the morning...Naina had stayed back as Sameer hadn't return from his work...
It was eight in the evening when Sameer returned home...Naina welcomed him with love...
He freshen up and Naina prepared the dinner...just like normal married couple both of them had their food in silence...Naina had finished her food and Sameer was still eating...Naina was placing everything on its place...when Sameer finished with his dinner and started admiring her...
While doing that Naina didn't noticed and hit her foot with a table placed beside the sofa...Sameer rushed to her side and checked her foot...which had now swollen...And she wasn't able to move...so he picked her up and moved towards her room...And placed her on bed...
He was about to move out when Naina held his hand and made him sit beside her...
Sameer: yeh kya kar rahi ho Naina...plz mujhe jaane do...
Naina: Sameer plz tum mat jayo...Dekho na kitna time ho gaya hai jab humne aaram se beith kar baat ki ho...I miss you Sameer...Haan hum din me zyadatar waqt saath hote hain par pass nahi...
Sameer reassuringly held her hands and half hugged her and kissed on her hairs...
Sameer: tumhe aisa kyun lagta hai Naina...mein toh dur hokar bhi tumhare pass hi rahunga na humesha...
They both just say in silence for some time in similar position...
Suddenly Naina spoke...
Naina:Sameer kaise ek din me humari zindagi puri tarah se badal di...Meine kabhi socha nahi tha ki taiji tauji...aisa karenge...
Sameer: socha Toh meine bhi nahi tha...ki mamaji aisa karenge...aaj bhi vo din acche se yaad hai mujhe...
Naina: haan Sameer...uss ek din ne humari zindagi ke kayi rihston ka badal diya...aur kayion ko khatam kar diya...ab humari life mein humare saath humari puri family hai...kami hai toh bs mummy ji ki...kaash vo bhi humare saath hoti...
Sameer: Naina plz unki baat mat karo...unse acche toh papa hain( yes Sameer called Rakesh as papa) gussa karte hain...mujhe aaj bhi baloon ki dukaan bulate hain(both chukles at this) par mere honslon ko apni bataon se kabhi todte nahi...balki mujhe unke shabdon se aur mehnat karne ki himaat milti hai...in 6 mahino Mein yahan reh kar Mujhe pata chala ki kyun school ke time tum papa ki daant sunkar bhi unki respect karti thi ki...kyunki vo hain hi aise...thoda expressive kam hain...par uske liye mein hoon na...
Naina: aur mummyji Sameer...ek baar toh baat karke dekho na unse...
Sameer:nahi Naina...haan vo shock huyi thi sachayi jaankar...par phir , phir kya chali gayi apne pati me saath mujhe akela chodke humesha ki tarah...peechle 6 mahine mein unhone janane ki koshish ki me mein kaisa hoon...nahi...yahan aana toh bohot dur ki baat hai...unhone kabhi palatkar phone bhi nahi kiya...isliye mujhe iske baare mein koi baat nahi karni...
Naina: lekin Sameer...aacha theak hai hum vo baat nahi karenge...okay...par Sameer...mujhe bhi bohot dukh hua tha sachayi jaankar...pata hai bachpan se taiji tauji aur papa ne kabhi pyaar se nahi baat nahi ki...tauji toh baat hi kam karte hain aur taiji vo humesha taane sunati thi...meine sab saha kyunki humari jaisi parvarish thi...usme yeh sab bohot normal tha...mujhe humesha lagta tha tauji aur taiji humse aisa isliye behave karte hain kyunki unki aur humari thinking mein farq hai...par uss din mujhe pata chala ki vo humse jalte hain...Kissi ko apne bachon se jalan kaise ho sakti hai Sameer...bolo na...kaise...(Naina was about to cry when Sameer try to divert her mind...
Sameer: bs naina chodo na...kitne time baad hume yeh mauka mila...baatein karne ka...romance karna ka...ab purani baaton ko yaad karke plz time waste mat karo...mera romance ke kitna time waste kar diya tumne...bhagwan ji meri biwi ko toh romance karna bhi nahi aata...
Naina: accha ji...toh Mr Maheshwari ko Mrs Maheshwari se romance karna hai...
Sameer just noded his head in yes like a small kid...And they spent some time together dreaming and talking about their beatiful future together...then Sameer went to his room which he shares with Arjun...And the two souls slept with a smile on their faces...
Next day bought new hopes for the couple...both of them were unaware of the fact that this day would mark a one more turning point of thier lives...
Both of them got ready and as the Aggarwal family had just returned sometime back...Preeti took off from college for the day...leaving samaina to accompany each other...both of them went college on Sameer's bike...
Today was the audition for upcoming drama competition...although Sameer's blood boiled thinking of the last year's happening...but with the harsh reality of world he faced in last some months has changed him a lot and he had learnt to control his anger...with past record this year also Mr Poonawala was the one invited to direct the play for VJN...but this time Naina refused to be part of the play... Sameer insisted her a lot...but she denied...so Sameer thought of a plan...he too didn't wanted to audition for the play...but for Naina he changed his mind...he asked her to accompany him in his audition...And hence this way Naina would also give audition...
Samaina performed a romantic scene in the audition...
Poonawala would have been shocked would be an understatement...if he was impressed with Naina's acting skills...sameer's were beyond the words...he at once decided Sameer to be the lead of his this play...
Mr. Poonawala: you were right Naina...mein hi Sameer ke andar cheepe ek artist ko nahi pehchan paya...I was impressed with your acting skills...but Sameer...he had put the soul in the character...I am really very sorry Sameer I disrespected you last time...I must say Naina Sameer is a better actor than you( what can give a lover more happiness...seeing her partner being praised above herself is just a heart warming thing for her)
Naina:thank you sir...mein bohot khush hoon ki aapne Sameer ke andar chupe talent ko pehchan liya...
Sameer: lekin sir...I am sorry par mein iss play mein part nahi me sakta...
Poonawala: par kyun Sameer...this is great opportunity...
Sameer: sir mere pass iske liye time nahi hai...already college ke saath job manage Karna bohot mushkil hai...I can't give time to this...
Poonawala: Job...lekin jahan Tak mujhe pata hai...tum toh Late Mr.Jay Prakash Maheshwari ke iklaute vaaris ho na...toh tumhe job ki kya zarurat...
Then Samaina told Poonawala that how Sameer has left his home and to claim his belongings he wants himself to be worthy of it...And how with last six months he had started to work hard to be able to claim his nanu's wealth...
Poonawala: ammm...toh yeh reason hai...okay you may go now...but Naina tum toh play mein part logi na...
Naina: sir jab Sameer play ka part nahi hai toh mein kaise...I am sorry sir par mujhse nahi hoga...aur waise bhi agar wo humare ek better future ke liye itna kuch kar raha hai...toh mera bhi uski taraf koi farz hai...
Poonawala: okay then...
The days passed like this...Poonawala had selected some new students from the audition...And as for Samaina their life was moving as it is...
It was a week before the drama competition...when Poonawala called for Samaina...
Poonawala: Sameer and Naina...yahan aaye mujhe 1 mahina ho gaya hai...aisa toh hai nahi ki mujhse kuch cheepa hai...Sameer meine tum mein bohot difference mehsoos kiya hai...you have now become more responsible and mature...And with the good acting skills you have...I have an offer for you...mera ek dost hai...from the same profession...farq bs itna hai...ki wo Bombay Mein movies direct karta hai...hum saath mein bade huye Hain...isliye itni baat hoti...vo keh raha tha ki usse apni nayi movie ke liye ek New face chahiye...meine usse tumhari audition ki voice recording Sunai and you would be happy to know ki wo sirf tumhari awaaz se itna impress Ho gaya hai ki wants to meet you...mera toh yahi sujhav hai Sameer you should go for it...shayad yeh tumhari life change karde...
Samaina were awestruck listening this...
They both composed themselves...
Naina: sir hum iske baare mein baat karke aapko baateyenge...chalega?
Poonawala: yeah yeah sure Naina abhi to aqn hafta hoon mein yahin you let me know as soon as possible...
After the conversation was over Samaina went to the garden in college and sat on the bench placed over there...
They say in silence for ten minutes ...when both of them spoke together...
Naina: tumhe Bombay jana chahiye...
Sameer : mein tumhe chod kar kahin nahi jaounga...
Samaina: Naina/Sameer...
Naina: Bombay toh tum jayoge...
Sameer:nahi jaounga...Mtlb nahi jaounga...keh diya na bs keh diya...
They both moved to different directions...
The day passed with both of them in their angry modes...stealing glances of each other...when it was time to go home...
Naina started walking...when Sameer came with his bike and stopped her way...And raced the bike...but didn't said anything...Naina Just quietly say in his bike and they left for home...dropping Naina to the house Sameer went to his job...
Whereas in the house Naina told everyone about the offer...
In the evening Sameer returned home...where while Aggarwal clan was waiting for him...every one pursued Sameer to accept the offer..except Rakesh...but all of them failed...
Like this three days passed...but Sameer's decisions didn't change...
On the fourth day when Sameer returned from work in the evening Rakesh stopped him and asked him to follow to terrace with him...
Rakesh: aye...balon ki dukaan...chal mere saath upar chat pe...tujhse kuch baat karni hai...
Sameer: papa...apko baat karni hai... mujhse?
Rakesh:arey haan bhai haan... tu kahe toh prarthna patar mein likhwa ke de doun...
Sameer chukled a bit at this and both of them went to terrace...
After the silence of 10 minutes...Rakesh broke the silence...
Rakesh: toh kya tu zindagi bhar meri beti ko intezaar hi karwayega...kyunki itna accha mauka toh tu gawa raha hai...Naina bata rahi thi ki theek thaak natak toh kar leta hai tu...aur shakal bhi teri achi hi hai...toh kyun nahi kar leta iss parstav ko svikar...aur haan puri zindagi dono humpe hi bhoj banake rahoge Kya...isliye kehta tha mein Naina se ke yeh apni zindagi mein kuch nahi kar sakta...aur dekh tunne Mujhe sahi saabit kar diya...zindagi sirf pyaar se nahi kaati jaati...mujhe dekh ghar mein sabse kam kamata hoon aur meri izzat koi nahi karta...ab isliye sab chinta chod aur maan le yeh prastav...tujhe Naina ki chinta hai...aaj mein vaada karta hoon tujhe ki jab tak tu laut ke nahi aata teri Naina meri zimmedari...
