This is the big difference between him and other elders of those days. A very big difference.

Especially in an egoistic MCP family like theirs.

Which elder would listen to everything said by a kid/teenager, who is suposed to be in love with his daughter. Is this not a big thing.

No credit to Chachaji for that ?

True. He not only listened to it but it has impacted him a lot. Naina's childhood hero fall for the time being but he will rise again for Naina and her happiness.

Two heroes of Naina, had heated confrontation today. They were against each other. It will be a treat to watch them together having a heart to heart conversation. I am waiting for that.

The chances of defense is usually less when you r wrong . So when something backfired on chachaji he had no option but to stand n listen to what sameer said. He always stood by giving others chance to spk that's wat he did .

That's true. But unfortunately the elders are too egoistic to listen even when they are wrong. More so in those days. These days parents and children being freinds is a very common zorgan, but not those days. That's exactly what sets Chachaji very different from the usual lot of those days.

Well he listened because he didn't really have any defense. He was essentially shown the mirror by Sameer. He was punishing Naina for prioritizing someone else over him, Sameer explained that she never did that ... that she has placed her trust in someone who doesn't trust her or care for her.

Yes. His that gesture is really praiseworthy which is quite unusual for men of those times, especially from Agarwal men. Whether right or wrong they never liked to hear no. Chachaji not only stood there and heard by he understood Sameer and Naina's position also. Three cheers for him for that.
