Sameer drinks water from Naina's glass as if signaling her that I have not given up. This glass is only my right and I will not give it up so easily.
Than Naina signalling him about the ice cream on his nose. This I think was a bit subconsciously that she signalled him. She might have not realized but she just showed him that she still cares... But he couldn't believe that she is trying to tell him something..
That smile on his face after he realized that she was indeed trying to tell him something..
