@bold...Multiple voting should have been allowed, I'll explain you how.
From current trend you can guess two winners out of three but there is neck to neck competition between two for third position.
If you were not allowed to vote same OS in multiple categories then the one which will be at 4th spot by a negligible margin would not have got even one of the consolation prizes as per probability, permutations and combinations.
Here it is clear trend but while making rules we have thought there will be neck to neck competition for all three top positions and hence if your fav is not winning top3, atleast it should win consolation prize, that was idea to give credit to those who did not win.
