We do really need to escape the chains of taboos surrounding us and have a truly modern mindset and enlighten all the adolescents, which is a necessity as the mind is growing and will be prone to distractions and misinformation or half baked knowledge will put them in a difficult situation. My own enlightenment about this topic which some people still hesitate to talk about is through advertisements. I was shocked when government banned the airing of advertisements of condom during prime time slot owning to the bad influence that has on children when it was just opposite for me and many of my friends. Not repeating how the usage of condems will help or others as you have explicitly written about it in such an interesting manner that it will stay on my mind. I would just say, our country still has a long way to go before being a completely developed nation. As I am not a kid from that era, I didn't quite understand the mention/reference of the film though with what you have explained, I do have a certain idea about it. Definitely will re-read when I am very free to do a complete research on a few references you have mentioned.
