This is last part of my OS or I should say TS... its a short one... I am finding it hard to write with busy schedule... Hope you like it...
Milan - part 2
They stayed there in each other's arms, blissfully unaware of their surroundings. Just then a phone rang, breaking their trance, they quickly but reluctantly separated from each other. Sameer went ahead to pick up the phone and Naina wiped her tears. But something was still bothering her. Sameer had said that he was sorry and that he loved her but she had to make sure THIS doesn't happen again. Next time something happens to her he will start thinking same things again. Dadi had made sure that she hit him where it hurt him the most. He had had these insecurities already in his mind so when she said these things, she had solidified it in his mind. She had to remove any doubts from his mind once and for all.
Sameer hated the moment the phone rang and he had to go away from his Naina, but he had to... He picked up the phone, there was Munna on the other side.
Munna: Hello Sameer, vo vo Naina...
Sameer: Munna, Naina yahin hai...
Munna: to iska matlab tune use sab bata diya? Usne maaf kiya na tujhe? Aur aur ab to tu vo sab nahi soch raha hai na? bata na?
Sameer stayed silent... What could he say? He still had doubts in his mind...what if something Does happen to Naina?
Sameer: Munna , main tujhe se baad me baat karunga, abhi Naina...
Munna: haan haan, tu ja aur bhabhi se baat kar...
And he hung up. Sameer stood there looking at Naina. She was facing away from him. She hadn't turned to look at him when he hung up. What will he say now? What will he do now? He couldn't control himself when Naina had hugged him and he couldn't see her tears so he had hugged her and told her that he felt sorry... He couldn't think straight, his mind and heart were at war right now!
"Naina.. he started. But Naina turned to face him and held her hand up to stop him from talking.. This shocked Sameer. She seemed different right now, it felt like she had made a decision and he was scared to ask her what...
"Sameer, tum sahi the... She began. She had to do this, she had to say this... she was taking a risk. He could agree with her and then it will all be over... Oh God How she hoped that he will protest to everything she was about to say to him... please God , she prayed.. I have waited too long for him...
"jab tumne kaha ke tumhe mujh se door rehna chahiye... Tum bilkul sahi ho... kyun ki jabse main tumhari zindagi mein ayi hoon, tumhare saath kuch accha nahi hua hai "Naina, yeh kya bol rahi ho Sameer spoke up.. But Naina stopped him again... She continued "Sameer Manhoos tum nahi, Manhoon to main hoon. Tumhe yaad hai ki kaise har baar tumhe meri vajah se school me daant , thappad aur punishment milti thi? Aur to aur tumhe school se nilkalne ki bhi baat chali thi... Aur wo tumhe cricket khelne se BAN karna??? Vo sab meri vajah se hi to tha! Jab tum mere ghar aaye the to tumhe kitni daant padti thi, tumhara apmaan hua tha, tumhare doston ka bhi to kitna apmaan hua aur to aur mere papa ne to tumhare ghar ja ke Nanaji se bhi unche awaaz mein baat ki... "
She quickly stole a look at him, he was listening but thinking and shaking his head... looked like it was working... She had to continue... "Jab mein ne tumhe maaf kiya tha us din? Tumhe yaad hai ki kitna zyada apmaan hua tha tumhara aur Munna-Pandit ka? Aur sabse badi baat to tab hui jab maine tumhe I Love you bola ... Tumhare nanaji bhi to tabhi tumhe chhod kar chale gaye na.. Agar main tumhare liye manhoos nahi hoti to.. yeh sab nahi hota. Aur tumhari duniya ese nahi badalti... Meri tayiji ne to hamesha kaha hai, lekin main ne kabhi ise sach nahi mana.. lekin aaj lagta hain ki yehi sach hai... Isiliye to mere paida hote hi meri maa chal basi... mujhe kabhi papa ka pyar nahi mila...Aur jab mein Delhi ayi , usi din tumhari mummy ki tabiyat bigadi thi na? aur mere jaate hi theek bhi ho gayi...
Sameer couldn't believe she was saying all this... she can never be bad luck for him!!!
"Sameer, ab hume nahi milna chahiye... alag ho jana chaiye... Meri kismet mein kisi ka pyaar likha hi nahi... She started walking towards the door... she was hoping that he will realize his mistake and stop her... Now she was almost to the door, she was getting worried with each step she took, will he stop her? What if he doesn't? but then...
"Naina, ruko! Naina let out the breath she didn't know she was holding... she turned to face him... He had tears in his eyes... and a smile on his face.. That surprised her and also she felt relief... "tum jeet gayi Naina he said wiping his eyes. "tumhara pyaar jeet gaya...main jaanta hoon tumne yeh sab mujhe meri galti samjhane ke liye kaha na? Main samajh gaya ... ki main mujhse pyaar karne walon se door jaake kitne badi galti kar raha tha... pehle maa se door raha... aur phir tumse.. lekin main to bhool hi gaya tha ki tum to meri jeene ke vajah ho, meri saasen ho, balki meri zindagi ho... tumse door bhala mein kaise reh sakta hoon... Ajeeb baat hai na ki main tumhe hamesha khush rakhne ka vaada kiya aur main hi tumhe itna bada dukh de raha tha... Naina wiped her tears and smiled slowly... looks like she had achieved what she had thought. She wanted Sameer to stop thinking like this once and for all... Only then he could be happy with her whole heartedly. "mujhe maaf kardo Naina! He waited for her to say something..
Naina didn't say anything. His intense eyes were piercing her heart. She walked towards him, slowly at first, hesitantly, then she slowly increased her pace, but it was taking too long... she ran the rest of the distance and didn't stop till he was in his arms again... And this time Sameer was ready to take her fully in his embrace...He pulled her tighter and tighter...giving her assurance that he was truly sorry and that he would never let her go ... This was exactly what Naina wanted... For him to be with her without any doubts... for him to trust her completely and to trust himself that everything will fine... Slowly, after a while they separated , Sameer wiped her tears and smiled at her... His 440volt smile... The smile that she had longed to see...
They spent rest of the afternoon talking and catching up... He told her everything that happened in Delhi. From Dadi's antics to his mother's love, from bonding with Rohan to Deepika's tricks. He also told her that he thought Somani was not a bad guy... Most of all he was thankful of Amrita... She got soo engrossed with him... Got sad hearing dadi's taunts to him, got content hearing about his Mother's love for him. She told him everything that happened with her... everything from Tayiji taunts, her thappads, her dad hurtful words... They talked for hours... when Ramdhari came by with tea they realized how much time had passed. Naina had to rush home before her college time got over ... She says bye to him for now and promised to see him the next day. She left with a bounce in her step. And Sameer had a permanent smile fixed on his face...
