What ever changes has to happen in the story will happen after the haircut...if you remember in the initial days and we were getting to see Agarwal house , it was Naina's hair that was cut...now here Sameers...so Haircut symobolises a change...normally people change their hairstyle when they want to have a change in outlook or have some change in life...

So we will have to wait till Boluram has a hair cut...then probably we will see the actual story unfolding...
