Hey All...Really...Really thanks for all your comments and response...I am here with Part 19...This part (Sasur & Damaad first meet) & Sameer love confession (will you marry me one) part is very special for me, because they were in my mind since beginning of the story...hope I am able to pen it down with true feelings. Do let me know your likes and dislikes in comments...it really matters me a lot.

Part 19
Naina's father was pissed off with Sameer. He decided to meet him next day. He somehow managed to get the address of his shooting location and took the required permissions with the help of commissioner. It was around 1.00 pm he visited the set. Sameer was giving a shot. When he saw Naina's father he really got tensed. He asked his spot boy to take him to his Vanity van. But Naina's father refused to go and continued to watch his shot.
Sameer completed the shot and came to meet him. He greeted, "Good afternoon Sir...surprised to see you over here
Naina's Father (Rakesh Patwardhan - RP) responded, "I like to give surprises...Hope I didn't scared you
Sameer: No...Not at all...lets go to my Vanity...just give me a minute I will inform my director and then we can leave
He informed his director that he might leave due to personal reason and left towards Vanity van. Rakesh followed him. He asked Rakesh for Tea or Coffee. But Rakesh didn't replied. Sameer understood the situation is not normal as expected and he has to deal it in a mature way.
After few minutes of silence, Sameer finally asked, "Do you want to ask something to me? and Rakesh finally break the silence.
RP: On what basis did you took a decision for Naina's Hospital. You should have consulted me first. I am still her father and you are only a Boy Friend. Hesiyat kya hai tumhari...Just giving hit films and hit serials it doesn't means that you will be ruling this industry. Hai kya tumhare pass jo tumne itna bada decision lene ka socha. Just owning a 2BHK flat and driving Audi does not means that you are financially stable and can own my daughter dreams.
Sameer clenched his fist in an anger and closed his eyes when he heard the word hesiyat. But he didn't get angry only realizing that he is Naina's father and has to deal with him at any cost.
Sameer: I am really sorry...Mujhe apse pehle discuss kar lena chahiye tha. Sir you are absolutely correct...Meri sach mein meri hesiyat nahi hai...but mein koshis kar raha hoon ki Naina ke pyaar ke kabil banu. Jo pyaar apne use 24 saal diya atleast uske aas paas pohaach sako...jo ki bahot mushkil hai...lekin mein zindagi bhar koshish karta rahunga...Apne toh use chalna sikhaya...Udna sikhaya...Mein toh sirf uska saath dena chahta hoon ki woh aage badhti rahe aur apne khwaboon ka aasman chu le.
Sir I just want to tell you that we both are talking and fighting for a common reason...a common thread between us and that is NAINA...hope you are realizing that.
After listening to this Rakesh received the jolt of his life and he stared at Sameer for sometime. There was silence in the room. After sometime Rakesh bombarded Sameer with Questions on Questions.
Rakesh: Whats your future plans...what if you don't sustain in this industry
Sameer: I trust myself...Its not that this industry was easy for me...I struggled a lot...I was scattered and almost lost my confidence. It was Naina who pulled me back and from there I didn't look back. I started working more on my acting skills and tried to improvise myself daily. I have good contacts in this industry with God grace there are 8 to 10 movies lined up with big banner..which really means a lot. Down the lines after 2 years when Naina's hospital will get stable am I planning to invest in hotel industry for our future stability. I have few plans in my mind.
Rakesh: I want to know your current financial situation in detail
Sameer: Ok Sir...lets go and meet my CA
Sameer took him to Govind office (his personal CA). Rakesh was into the business but CA by profession. Govind sahred all the information in detail to Rakesh and it was not difficult for him to understand that Sameer was financially very strong rather it was way beyond his expectation. He understood even if Naina is not able to pay the EMI for her hospital Sameer will be able to support her strongly and hence he is forcing Naina to take this risk.
Rakesh anger was mellow down after going through details. But he didn't stopped and further continued
Rakesh: So you buyied a flat...lets go...I want to see
Sameer: Sure Sir
Sameer was driving and Rakesh was sitting with him on the front seat. Sameer wore his goggles since it was very sunny. Looking at this Rakesh to removed and wore his goggles. Finally, they arrived near to complex. It was a huge beautiful complex with all modern amenities. Sameer took the duplicate keys from the office and they went to see the flat.
The flat was on 18th floor and was almost ready. It was very spacious. Rakesh went into all the rooms. Then both stood in the terrace.
Rakesh removed the cigarette packet and offered one to Sameer. Sameer took one cigarette out of the packet. Rakesh lightened both there cigarettes with lighter
Rakesh: So you smoke?
Sameer: I really don't like to smoke...I rarely smoke
Rakesh: So why did you took the cigarette
Sameer: To let you know I occasionally smoke
Sameer just took one puff and smashed the cigarette
Rakesh: How many girl friends you had?
Sameer: 2 to 3
Rakesh: So what happened to them? Unse Shadi kar lo Na...Naina hi kyun
Sameer: There was nothing serious...we used to roam...they used to like me because I was spending on them to buy expensive gifts...Actually I never believed in love or any relationship...was not at all ready for any commitment...but Naina had brought many changes in me & now I am ready for any kind of commitment.
Rakesh: Let's go
Sameer: Yes sure...we will go to booking office...I have a small work
They both reached booking office. Sameer handed over the cheque to the booking manager and asked to book one more parking plot. He further said I thought one would be sufficient but didn't realized in future I might need 2. So its better I book it now itself. They then left the place.
Sameer started to drive & Rakesh told him that he is hungry. Sameer said ok and they both went to hotel.
Sameer was about to order for Veg but then Rakesh asked him to order Non Veg.
Sameer: But Naina doesnt eat Non Veg
Rakesh: Its not necessary that Father & Daughter should have same choices...paused...for eating
Rakesh to waiter: Please bring 2 Beers...he looked at Sameer...Hope you drink
Sameer to waiter: For me a large one
Rakesh to waiter: For me too a large one
Waiter left with the order and he brought first 2 beers for them.
They both took one sip and again Rakesh started
Rakesh: So you drink
Sameer: Yes...I drink...but in limit...I know my threshold
Rakesh: Naina is aware of it
Sameer: Yes
Rakesh: Are you aware she too likes to drink
Sameer: Yes, she told me how you 3 enjoy the drinks together...I mean to say Naina, Yourself & Rishi. I am also aware that she only drinks with both of you and not with anyone else. Even we didn't drink together yet..rather never got a chance.
Waiter served the food
Rakesh: So gentleman food is hear...lets start.
They both folded there sleeves and began to eat. Finally the lunch was finish and they both were over loaded.
Sameer took the bill from waiter and did the payment.
Rakesh: Next time it will be my turn
Sameer: Ok Sir...whats next...I mean to say, your next farmayish
Rakesh: Drop me at my office...I have some work and then I will leave for home
Sameer: Ok Sir
While driving back Sameer received a phone call from Naina. Bluetooth was on, so call went on speaker.
Naina: Sameer kab se call kar rahi hoo...kitne messages kiye...tumse koi response nahi...kaho ho tum...mujhe tension ho rahi thi
Sameer: Mein busy tha thoda aur phone silent pe tha...Rakesh insisted him to continue with the call...Sameer further continued...Kaho kyun call kiya
Naina: Sameer mujhe tension ho rahi hai...mujhe Papa ka behaviour thik nahi lag raha hai
Sameer: Naina dekho tumhe unhe thoda waqt dena chahiye...maine khud apne relationship ko accept karne ke liye waqt liya...tumhe bhi toh time laga trust karne mein...he will also need that time...so dont pressurize him...everything will be fine...achha suno mein drive kar raha hoon aur traffic bhi hai...mein call karta hoon ghar jaane ke baad
Naina: Thik...Uncle Aunty gaye?
Sameer: Mummy Papa Naina
Naina: Haan Sameer...thoda time lagega
Sameer: It's ok ..take your time...woh parso subah ja rahe hai...I think you should meet them once...may be kal dinner pe milte hai.
Naina: Haan mein bhi yahi soch rahi thi ki milti hoon unse..isliye pucha...Thik hai...bye...waiting for your call
Sameer disconnected the call and played the music. They finally reached at Rakesh office. Sameer came out the car to see him off.
Rakesh: Offered a handshake and said it was nice meeting you gentleman. But dont be under any wrong impression...I will hate you the most in my entire life...because you are stealing my daughter from me and I will never forgive you for that...and listen this meeting should only be remain between you and me..no one should know about it...and haan you dont know that I smoke, drink and eat Non-Veg...its a Deal
Sameer: Yes Sir its a deal...Good Day Sir
Rakesh: Good Day to you too and he left
Sameer came and sat in the car. He closed his eyes and said, "Husshhh...All well that end's well.
He sat in that position for 2 mins and then he realized that he was blocking the road. He started the engine and began to drive. He reached home & took Rohan in the corner. He told him about his meeting with Rakesh. Rohan laughed liked anything and said, "Sahi tha...hope you enjoyed
Sameer: Kya Bhaiya aap haas rahe ho...Meri toh phaat gayi thi
Rohan: Bachu you passed with excellence...sixer maar diya tune toh unki googly pe...Don't worry sab sahi ho raha hai.
Vishakha came near to them and said, "Kya khusar pusar chal raha hai tum dono mein...khi khi
Sameer said, "Kuch nahi Maa...Bhai ko joke suna raha tha...achha suno Naina milna chahti hai aapse jaane se pehle...maine kaha kal dinner pe milte hai..thik kiya na"
Vishakha: Accha kiya...mein bhi milna chahati thi use
Rakesh was very very impressed by Sameer and was damn proud on his daughter's choice. But he decided to keep quiet. He finished his work and left for home. While going back he purchased lots of sweets and wine bottle.
Naina's mom (Smita) was surprised seeing Rakesh behavior. Rakesh served the wine to all before dinner. Smita was giving a question mark look to Rakesh and he was ignoring her. Finally they finished the dinner and had a sweets.
Smita before sleeping: Apne jaroor kuch kand kiya hai aaj...aap itne khush kyun hai
Rakesh: Tumhe mere dukhi hone se problem hai...mere khush hone se problem hai...tumhari problem kya hai...mujhe jeene kyun nahi deti ho...kitna shaq karti ho mujhe pe
Smita: Pata nahi kab sudhroge
Rakesh: Kabhi nahi...ab toh kabhi nahi...koi aur jo aagaya mujhe saath dene ke liye.
Smita: Aap ka dimaag kaharab ho gaya hai...Good Night
Rakesh: Good Night Darling and he started singing...Ohh Meri johara Jabeen..Tujhe maloom nahi...tu abhi tak hai hasi aur mein jawaan...and shouted Tujhpe Kurban Meri Jaan Meri Jaan Meri Jaan.
