Maheshwari's dropped Naina & Preeti at Preeti's home and they headed towards there residence. Both the families have to gathered in the hotel by afternoon so that they can start with all the functions together. They have booked the entire hotel for next 4 to 5 days. They all decided to reach hotel by 4.00 pm. Mehndi was planned on 04Nov. All the guest from both the families started coming and they all were given accommodation in the hotel.
There were 4 separate rooms on the first floor at one side of the corner, 2 parallel to each other which were given to Rohan & Preeti. The adjacent room was taken by Sameer & Naina respectively. So that they can be with Bride and Groom and help them for their preparation.
Both the families were already in, but Naina and Preeti were bit late because of there last minute shopping and packing.
Rohan was eagerly waiting for Preeti and Dadaji & Sameer for Naina. Dadaji was waiting because Naina was his crush & Sameer was waiting because he wanted to introduce Naina to someone.
As soon as Naina entered, he took bag from Naina's hand and handed over to helper and asked him to keep it in her room. He hold her hand and took her in the hall where all were sitting and chit chatting with each other. Sameer's mother was shocked to see the entire scene and was clueless what Sameer is up to. Sameer took Naina to meet a guy who was a Doctor, he was a son of his door ka Mama.
Sameer introduced Naina to him stating, "Meet Dr. Sanjay Tebriwal, he is from Delhi & a well-known Surgeon, Bachelor hai, ladki dhund raha hai...Sanjay meet Dr. Naina Patwardhan she too is a Doctor in Mumbai. Sanjay was flattened by Naina's simplicity, she was wearing light green colour dress with matching jhumkas, her hairs were open and one side of dupatta was falling from her shoulders. Sanjay immediately initiated the handshake. Naina didn't had any option but to reciprocate the same.
Sanjay further said, "My Mom & Dad are also here shall we meet them? Naina was boiling from inside and she was going to kill Sameer, however controlled her anger since they were in public. She just said, "can we meet later to them, since I have to arrange my luggage in my room..saying this she excused herself and straight went to her room ( Preeti's room).
Sameer asked Sanjay, "kyun kaisi lagi?...Sanjay with smile on his face replied, "bahut acchhi. Sameer then said, "dekh maine kaha tha dhund lunga ladki tere liye. He too then left from that place giving a pat on Sanjay's back.
Naina was super angry on Sameer and was moving to-fro in the room stating, ye samjta kya hai apne aap ko, mera rishta karne chala, woh bhi us Ghochu se. How dare he? Preeti was clueless what happened downstairs and when Naina told her the story she just busted out and started laughing holding her stomach.
During sametime Sameers mom entered the room. Preeti suddenly stopped laughing and did charan sparsh. She kissed her forehead and said humesha aise hi haste rehna.
Preeti introduced Naina to her Mom-in-law, Naina to did charan sparsh. She touched her cheeks and said you are very pretty, khush raho and gave her forehead kiss. There was only one image in front of her where Sameer was holding her hand and taking her somewhere. She smiled recollecting it and was about to ask Naina about the same, but by that time Preeti's mom entered and they started talking about Mehndi ceremony.
Naina & Preeti did unpacking and arranged their stuffs. Meanwhile there was a call from Naina's mom to check whether all the things are fine and she shall not be able to attend Preeti's wedding due to unplanned inspection in her office but her father will surely attend. She spoke to preeti & her mom and apologies for this last-minute change.
Naina disconnected the call and what she saw there were messaged on her phone from unknown number.
Messages had shayari, songs, "ek ladki ko dekha toh aise laga, "jab se tere Naina mere Naino se lage re. Naina was clueless what was happening, who was sending her this kind of messages. She decided to call on that number and check who it was. It was none other than Dr. Sanjay Tebriwal. She was furious, banged the door and went to search Sameer. Preeti followed her because she was aware ab Sameer ke khair nahi.
Naina came downstairs and again Sanjay was in front of her with his parents. He introduced Naina to his parents. Sanjay parents asked Naina, whether her parents are going to attend the wedding, if so, we would like to meet them. Naina just nodded the head and excused her from the situation and went to search Sameer.
Preeti immediately called Rohan and while walking behind Naina she explained him what had happened. Naina was not able to find Sameer, she went upstairs and knocked his room...Sameer...Sameer...are you there. Preeti and Rohan to followed her...they both were worried and were clueless what is going to happen next.
Sameer opened the door stating, "Arey yaar bathroom maine tha, shanti se tum kuch karne bhi nahi deto ho...bolo kya hua. Naina loudly said, "Kya hua...Shanti...tumhe batati hoon Shanti kya hoti hai...woh ghochu ne mujhe apne Parents se milwaya...uske parents ko mere parents se milna hai...aur ye sab kuch tumhari vajah se ho raha hai...that fool is messaging me...gaane...shayari likh raha hai
Naina was damn serious this time, "Who had given you right to do this, this is not a joke and I am not going to tolerate this, No one can take decision on my be-half, not even my parents do that, Who the hell are you...I will search my life partner not you understand Mr. Sameer Idiot Maheshwari. There was a silence in the room.
Rohan understood the criticality of the situation, he asked Sameer to sort out the issue ASAP and apologies to her. Sameer replied, "Bhaiya I thought Doctor hai khub jamegi, isliye maine initiate kiya, maine sort karta hoon isko. He asked them to wait in the room and immediately left in search of Sanjay.
Naina was sitting on Sameer's bed, Rohan & Preeti were tensed, clueless what is going to happen next. After sometime Sameer came along with Sanjay. He said to Sanjay, "Dekh Sanjay...Naina ko tum us nazar se pasand nahi ho...toh tu Shadi Wadi ka khayal dimag se nikal de..maine toh tujhe aise hi Doctor ki knowledge sharing ke liye introduce kiya tha..tune toh seriously le liya yaar.
Saying this he went near to Ganesh Murthi which was in his room. There was a Rakhi tied in his hand. He removed the Rakhi came near to Naina and said, "Utho, bandho isko Rakhi Naina, Preeti & Rohan were in shock of the day. Naina immediately took Rakhi from his hand and went near Sanjay. Sanjay moved backward seeing Naina coming with Rakhi in her hand. Sameer ran and stood behind Sanjay and said, "Dekh bhai isi maine bhalai hai hum sabki...haath agey kar he forcefully took his hand in front of Naina...Rohan to helped Sameer and Naina tied a Rakhi on Sanjay's hand.
Sameer asked to delete Naina's number from his cell phone and delete all the messages as well. Sanjay left the room and everyone was seeing each other.
Preeti break the silence and sat down holding her stomach...she was laughing like a mad. Rohan to touch the table for support and laughed loudly. Sameer was controlling and was about to burst...meanwhile Naina took a flower pot in her hand and was about to throw at him..he immediately said, "abbey lag jayegi. Naina kept the pot down took pillow and thrown towards Sameer and left the room in anger. Rohan gave an angry look to Sameer and said, "Nautanki and left the room along with Preeti. Sameer just went in front of mirror and said looking at himself, "Proud of you.
They all went downstairs for dinner, as soon as Sameer saw Naina he smiled, but Naina turned her face and went to some other place. He followed her and stood in front of her and said, "Sorry yaar, I am really sorry, maaf kar dona aur usne uske unique style se apna ek kaan pakad liya. Naina didn't softened with his antics and during whole dinner he was just behind her for the sorry. Kabhi haath jodke, mafi mang raha tha, kabhi kaan pakadke.
Sameer's Mom was watching all his son's antics and but was clueless whats happening. She followed Sameer while he was behind Naina and asked them whats the matter? Why Sameer is saying Sorry to you...did he do anything wrong? She questioned, Sameer face went pale and was scared. Naina realized and soon she covered-up and diverted his mom attention and left from the place.
Sameer Mom then looked at him and asked raising her eyebrows, "kya chal raha hai, maine dekh rahi hoon kab se uske picha pada hai...baat kya hai Sameer then told her what all had happened and his mom was super angry on him and then said, "hey bhagwan tu kab sudhrega, pitna chahiye usne tujhe toh...shukar hai who shant hai and she left since Sameer Dad called her.
Sameer was just behind for the apology and finally Naina forgiven him on the terms he will not come in front of him during the entire marriage and he will not talk to her. But Sameer was Sameer he was troubling her all around so that she again start speaking with him...but Naina just ignored him.
It was around 1.30 am (04 Nov) and someone was badly knocking the door of Naina's room. Naina got- up and opened the door and what she saw was it was Sameer who was knocking the door. She again got angry on him and said, "raat ke dedh baje tum kya kar rahe ho..maine maaf kiya tumhe...tum please jao yaha se but Sameer was in a shock and only uttered, "Dadaji Naina asked "kya hua he replied, "he is having pain in the chest.
Naina immediately took her stethoscope and ran with Sameer in Dadaji's room. She checked his pulse, heartbeats and immediately said we need to take him to the hospital. Its not a heart attack but let's not take a risk, let get things checked immediately. She gave him Aspirin and they immediately took him to Hospital.
Dr. Naik was the Cardiologist; however, juniors were hesitant to take the decision in his absence. Naina asked if she can speak to him and atleast get ECG done, by the time he reaches he will have reports ready and take further action. ECG was done immediately and by that Dr. Naik reached the hospital, he examined Dadaji and told everyone nothing to be worried. ECG doesn't shows any abnormalities, but I will still do Angiogram to rule out any doubts. Naina assisted Dr. Naik, Dadaji was hell scared. She took his hand in her hand and said, "Your girlfriend is with you, don't worry, we are going rock on dance floor in Sangeet shall make Dadi jealous listening to this there was a smile on his face. Everyone outside were tensed till the results of Angiogram were out.
After around 2 hours Dr. Naik & Naina came out and Dr. Naik told everyone nothing to worry everything is fine, he has a pain in a chest due to heart burn, there is one minor block but that can be treated through medication. He is perfectly fine and his heart is in good shape. We shall keep him under observation for 10 to 12 hours then you can take him back to home. At home you have Dr. Naina to take care of him. He thanked Naina and left from there.
Sameer's Dad & Mom thanked Naina for her help, she replied its my duty and please don't thank me. But we really need to scrutinized Dadaji what he ate in the dinner.
Dadi was crying, but Sameer's mom assured her that Dadaji is fine and not to worry. Rohan suggested his Dadi, Mom, Dad, Preeti & her Mom, Dad to leave, Sameer, Naina & myself will stay here. Preeti was not ready to leave and she started crying.
Sameer immediately came near to her, made her seat on the chair and assured her, "Bhabhi Dadaji is fine now, but Preeti replied, "agar kuch ho jata toh, ek ladki ke liye ye bahut matter karta hai, shadi ke pehle aise kuch hone thik nahi mana jata...Sameer replied, "we are in 21st century Bhabhi, aap kya soch rahe ho...bhaiya aap ka saath kabhi nahi chodte aur na Maine, Dada, Dadi, Mom & Dad...please aap humein galat mat samjho. Naina was surprised by his mature talks and behaviour.
Sameer's Mom came near to her and took her face in her hands and kissed her forehead and said, "Maine tumhe apni beti mana hai aur koi Ma apne bache ya kisi ke bhi bache ke saath aise nahi kar sakti. She wiped her tears and ask her to smile. Preeti's Mom & Dad were feeling proud of Rohan's family and the way they are dealing with this critical situation. They thanked for understanding Preeti's dilemma.
Sameer told everyone to leave, Dadi was not ready to leave hence he asked her to wait. Dadi went inside the room and sat beside Dadaji. He was sleeping quietly. Preeti was still disturbed, Naina went to her and assured her everything is fine and nothing to worry...she is here and promised her that she will not leave Dadaji alone. Preeti thanked her, Naina again got irritated with her thank and said, "thanks wanks se kuch nahi chalega..mujhe kuch chahiye Preeti asked her what she replied, "Apne Honeymoon ka experience mere sath jaroor share karna Preeti said, "stupid and she laughed.
Sameer was listening to all this conversation from corner, but Naina & Preeti was not aware that he is listening. He was happy that his Bhabhi smiled and was back to normal. He insisted Rohan & Preeti to leave, since they need to start with Mehndi rituals.
After they left, Sameer came near to Naina, thanked and apologies to her. She replied, "please thanks mat bolo aur mujhe Sanjay Tebriwal ki yaad mat dilao. They both went inside the room Dadi was having tears in her eyes. Naina took her on hand and Sameer took another hand and assured everything is fine.
Sameer sat on a sofa in the room & Naina took Dadi on adjacent bed. She gave her water and asked her to sleep. But Dadi was not ready to sleep, she was having a continuous talk with Naina sharing her life experience with Naina. They both were so engross in a talk and started laughing with all the antics done by Dadaji. Sameer was silently observing all this and his mind and heart was full of happiness seeing 2 beautiful smiles.
He was taken away by Naina's innocence and simplicity. He smiled looking at her cute face with a specs and said "chashmish. He went to sleep and after sometime Dadi too slept.
Naina checked the pulse and saline. She saw Sameer was holding the mobile and it was going to fall from his hand. She gently took the mobile and kept on table and was not able to take her eyes from Sameer's face. She said to herself, "shaitan hai, but dil ka bura nahi hai, Khadoos
Sameer, Naina & Dadi spent entire next day in the hospital. Rohan, Sameer's Dad & Preeti's Dad came to hospital with breakfast & other required stuffs. Sameer, Naina & Dadi continued to stay in the hospital. On 5th Nov Dadu was discharged in the morning. He insisted to go to hotel since he didn't want to miss any celebration. They all came to hotel. Naina & Sameer were tired since they both didn't slept properly from past 2 nights. Naina hugged Priti, looked at her Mehndi which was applied on her hands and legs and said I want to sleep. But Priti was insisting her to apply mehndi and sleep, but Naina refused since she was tired. Before sleeping she ensured Dadaji was alright & took the medication.
