PTA meeting was the start. Chacha chachi made her forgive sameerAfter that his supporting her .she allowed to pin.sorry showed she trusted him too.arjun truth revelation made up her mind to ask for his forgiveness as she could see that how judgmental and stubborn she had been.Overall sameer continous efforts made the breakthrough as confirmed by herself to arjun

It started frm award function...then he praising her in mehndi...chacha chachiji patch up...n d hit was at arjun recovery!!!

I agree with many of them here...it was all a cumulative effect...

All the initial efforts by him starting from staying all night on the street, gifting cycle, meeting him in hosp...these all were able to bring out the anger out of her which she had boiled up inside her mind...

Once the anger was out, then it was time to let her fear of trusting him again go...that time his efforts of Award ceremony, Chacha-chachi patch up and Arjun's truth played a role in helping her trust him again...

Well since many have decode it right and almost perfectly,I would only add that Sameer definitely perceived it right.

''The way to Naina's heart is through her family only.''

He won the bet by melting already melted Naina's heart by fixing Pooja's marriage and this definitely had a very positive impact on their relationship.While it made it bit easy to win the bet she fell for him even harder.

And now he again went through the family way.Though cicrcumstances were new,hard and tedious he still stuck to the fundamental thing.He tried mending every relation along with mending their relation.

If we observe closely,then its the mending of the relations in her family melted her heart and not his constant sorry for her.

In precise,it can be said Sameer became the winner in both stances i.e bet-phase and post -bet phase because he could win her family's heart.

Agree with @Delight..and @endless...

The final nail in hate coffin was Arjun's lie and how Sameer brought the truth out, without insulting him in public. If Sameer wanted, he would have exposed Arjun as a liar. He didn't do it as a revenge for his own insult.

Chacha - Chachi patchup was big one too.

Don't forget Sameer's answers to Taiji's taunts - Naina ko toh koi dahej de kar le jayega...😛

I think it was a mix of everything like everyone has said.

It started with the insults he was meted out in her house, she was feeling bad for him, that was overpowering the anger somewhere. Then came the PTA, she would have forgiven him there if not for Preeti's interruption. If she had not forgiven him she would not have accepted the bangles. Even before Chacha Chachi patch up, agla rang laal hoga made her think twice about him. Then, the ladke wale kahi dahej nahi dena pade made way in her heart. Arjun's incident was the last nail in the coffin.
