The major blunder or blooper is in the first trailer of the show where Naina's VO says Fervari(February) ki woh subah aisi takrayi uske saath...

So if we go by the trailer then their story started in Feb. But technically no school in India starts its new term in Feb, so no new admissions will happen. Feb-Mar is the time for final exams for maximum schools.

Now the makers are still going according to that silly promo blooper. So they met in Feb, bet started in March, rishta happened around April-May and hence shaadi after 9 months in Jan.

So the root cause is the promo blooper 😆

PS: This doesn't justify Varun's answer. I still quote him as Dumb like Pooja

On a serious note i agree with Ashwathy...ainvayi nahi boltha champoo...the expressions on everyone's face...his justification did not even match his statement...so it was to bring notice that 9 months r done after engagement...obviously rushing for a leap.

Even I feel we're heading towards a leap.. . Otherwise not much to show ... they have to go through that to move the story forward😳

CVs always keep timelines vague and math and logic is never their strong point 😉 it works to their advantage at times to be able to introduce new sub plots etc

Also... the passage of time is difficult to show in a love tale in this medium becos viewers are largely interested in only what happens to the lovebirds...so a bit of creative liberty is to be assumed I suppose 😆 😆

Trust me dear! Was thinking to ask this question.I too was confused about the timeline.The CVz are heavily confused about timeline so as it seems.😕

This is the reasonable timeline I could draw out-

1.The bet was definitely in July.Because the principal office scene where all went wrong,they played the 'DIL' film track..Since bet happened after that so it should be after June.Because Dil released in June.

2.And after that only Roka has happened.So it should be around October because the trip plan was underway.So if the marriage is being held in January so it should be 3-4 months of engagement.This can be confirmed because as Naina returns from Mt.Abu Chandra Sekhar Singh becomes the PM.That's on 10th of Nov.

So this is completely a blooper and Naina and Sameer definitely met at the beginning of an academic session while the bet started in month of July.So July-January has been the whole track time period.

Wo Gujarat me hain na...wahan thand nai padti khaas so maybe...😆 Sameer sweater pehen le...aur raat ko bahar rehne se beemar pad jaye bas itni thand kaafi hai 😆
