Both sat on two different corners of the room and studied.
Naina came and gave the timetable to Preeti.
She then went to the kitchen and got milk and badaam for both Preeti and Sameer as instructed by Chachiji.

Sameer said Naina I don't drink milk. I don't like the taste.can you make cold coffee for me?
Ok replied Naina.

Naina went to the kitchen and made cold coffee for both of them.

Naina observed that taiji's tone with Sameer was like silk and with her was like karela.
They all finished cold coffee and took a break from studies.

Sameer tried holding naina's hand. He was desparate to get close to her. Naina glared at him. He was left yearning for more. After Mount Abu, he had become accustomed to being around her. And especially after yesterday in the lift, he wanted to crush her against him and kiss her.
Pooja didi came and announced her rishi Kapoor wants to take her out for a movie but no one is allowing her to go. It would be best if all of them would accompany them.
The gang rejoiced.

They went to see Sanam bewafa.
Sameer sat in between Naina and Preeti in the car's backseat. Pooja didi and rishi Kapoor sat in the front of the car. Finally they reached the hall. as three tickets were arranged at the last moment, Pooja didi, rishi Kapoor and Preeti sat in row three and Naina and Sameer sat in row sixth. As per Sameer, it was gods way of giving them the much needed privacy.
Naina do you want to eat popcorns? Asked Sameer.
Ok said Naina.
Sameer got two popcorns one for Naina and one for Preeti and the group seated in front.
Sameer's and naina's hands touched when they both tried and reached for the popcorn box at the same time. An electric currrent went down naina's spine at every touch. She couldn't focus on the Salman Khan on screen due to the Salman Khan sitting next to her who gave her looks at every touch that would melt her soul.
Sameer you should be studying at this time and we are out for a movie. I am worried about your career. I want you back at school at any cost. All this touching feeling is distracting you. Don't get me wrong but we need to prioritize. I will be with you for a lifetime. Right now what you need is focus on studies. Let me tell you even for me this intimacy is exciting and scary at the same time. But more than my pleasure, I want you to succeed. Now you will say I am being behenji but I care.

As they ended their conversation and started watching the movie again, Sameer went into the memory lane.

He remembered the time when Sameer had an exam the next day and she threw a fit that she wanted to watch a movie. When Sameer said that they could watch a movie next week when the exams would be over, she broke up with him.
Though they were intimate physically which Sameer mistook as love at that time,the emotional intimacy which he felt with Naina was missing.
She was demanding and Sameer kept looking for an emotional anchor in her.
Guess both of them were immature and wanted different things out of their relationship.

Thinking this,Sameer threw his jacket over his and naina's interwined hands. Throughout the movie he held naina's hands.
Naina smiled and didn't pull back her hand from his.
On their way back, Sameer Naina and Preeti were packed together in the backseat of rishi Kapoor's car.
Again Sameer had thier hands covered by his jacket.
Once they were home, Pooja didi called it a day and went and slept with her parents.
She thanked Sameer for being her savior and wished him luck for the exams.
Preeti, Sameer and Naina went to their respective study stations on the bed and opened their books.
Preeti called it a day after half an hour. She said she couldn't keep her eyes open.
Sameer and Naina studied for two hours. Sameer completed what Naina had plannned for him that day.
He requested if naina could make coffee for him. She said yes. But she has never made coffee before. So he will have to help her.
Both went to the kitchen. Sameer pulled out the firangi coffee as Naina called it from his bag and helped Naina with beating the same.
As Naina was beating the coffee, sugar and few drops of water, Sameer held the spoon as well and four pair of hands started beating the coffee. Sameer was standing too close, Naina could feel his breath on her cheeks and his hair on her forehead.
Sam Sameer...

They both took the coffee into naina's room and the light went off.

Sameer pulled her to him and cupped her head with one hand. With the other hand, he swept her hair off her face and brought his lips to hers.
They then went into an ectasy of love and passion. Eyes closed and raging hormones. Naina had to hold sameer's shoulders as the kiss was very gentle and very giving today and she was transported to heaven so her body was left floating and lifeless.
Gone was the machoism and stamp of ownership from yeaterday. Today's kiss was to hold and cherish forever.
Sameer was so gentle and loving ensuring every second that Naina felt as good as he did that a tear escaped his eye. When Naina felt a drop of tear that landed on her lips, he cupped sameer's face and kissed him back showing that he was loved equally and more.
They parted for some air and Sameer looked at naina's face. she was flushed with the kiss of love and her eyes were closed.
He came near her again but Naina said bas Sameer, I will faint.
He smiled and kissed her cheek and said goodnight.
