After yesterday's precap - with the hint towards Sameer's Realization of his love for Naina...
Now the Whole Fandom will get behind Sameer in Support.
Including Me.

Now, the more difficult Naina makes it for Sameer, the more support he is gonna receive from the fandom.

Along with Sameer, the entire Fandom will pray to see the old Naina back in love with Sameer. Not that she ever left it. She just has covered it with anger and disappointment.

But, Sameer will try his best to break this shell and he will eventually.

How long it is going to take depends on how the writers want to make it extend.

*********************************

My predictions:

In next 2 months: After repeated attempts from Sameer, Naina won't be able to stay away from the love she has been craving so passionately.

However, now there will be some drama about the family dynamics. Practically, with the Money Power, respect and social status the Maheswari parivaar has in the society, the marriage proposal from Sameer for Naina (on that matter of fact for any girl) is sure to be accepted.

Therefore, to create the drama, the writers will create issues within Naina's family and Maheswari Family. There have to be situations that will make the two lovers elope to marry.

Big Time Leap: Not required. Sameer is 17, Naina 16. Naina gets to legal marriage age in 2 years and so too Sameer.

So, either Naina will accept Sameers real love in 2 months, then some love moments or how both of them support each other track etc. In remote possibility, Naina might delay her entire getting back to Sameer and her family might try to fix her alliance with someone else.

Right now, its an open field and the writers have the option to take it any direction they want. They can make it an easy simple viewing or they can make it too much complicated also with OTT dramas.

Let's see. For me, the story stops with Sameer's realization. I am assuming Naina accepts him back again as she herself cannot stay away from him for long. That too when Sameer is clear that he loves Naina and will do umpteen things to show it to her.

Your analysis is good..
But why it ended up with marriage ?
They are just kids atleast let them complete their education then think about their marriage. There is no need and space for marriage for now..
Yeah there is many drama lined up, by the time Naina accept him back I just want to enjoy the moment of SamAina.

Hi Anmol,

I am not saying Sameer~Naina will Marry right away.

However, the real-life Mittals (on whose story the show is based), married young in their legal teens. (I assume it Sumit sir was 19 and Sashi mam was 18).

For that, I assumed that the show will show Sameer & Naina getting married young.

However, as I stated for me the involvement with the story ends here with Sameer accepting his love for Naina.

Because, from this point onwards, the writers have an open field, to take the story anywhere they want. Thay might make it an easy sweet romantic watch (with just adequate drama) or they can go ballistic and start creating dramas to make the situation more complicated.

In a practical sense, Sameer & Naina's marriage should not be an issue. Both love each other, Sameer is a from a well respected (financially and socially) family. So, in the normal case, there should not be any hindrance.

However, having said that, it is also a fact that after Sameer's realization, writers/makers have the option to take in any direction. I assume a normal happy progression with proper drama. But we cannot be sure that writers would not add too much drama.

For me, the story stops with Sameer's realization. I am assuming Naina accepts him back again as she herself cannot stay away from him for long. That too when Sameer is clear that he loves Naina and will do umpteen things to show it to her.

Hey doc..isn't the legal age for getting married for boys 21? Not sure if it was the same during those times...if that is the case, the love birds would have to wait minimum 5 yrs...
But yeah I'm all in favor of Sameer...I would like to see Naina ka bhaav khana, n Sameer ka manana...Naina ka dheere dheere pighalna par dikhana ki abhi bhi gussa hai...fir Sameer ki fikr jatane se khud ko rok na paana...finally Sameer ka propose karna...Naina ka reject karna...lekin Sameer ki persistence n one day Naina pours her heart out again...she admits that she still loves him...n this time the proposal is going to be pure love!!

Hi Sam, so perfectly you explained the next tracts.

I hope it goes as you said. That will be for me a perfect watch. Lots of sweet moments and just adequate masala drama to intensify the happenings.

As for the marriage age - In the 90s I have seen more than few lovers marrying at the age of Boy being 19 and girl being 18.

So, I assume it was allowed that time. As the real-life inspiration for YUDKBH (the Mittals) married very young (I assume teens 19~18), so the show might also follow the same trajectory. (with loads of Drama created by writers)

BTW, when is the next part of your series coming up?

This is a perfect route I feel too! I mean till now thats exactly what has made us appreciate it. Even though it was bet mode and all but the sweet moments between the two (knowing each other) and the adequate drama from the family made the story move forward. Mount Abu was very very well done by the creatives I thought.

I'd certainly not like to see OTT drama in Ye un dino, the way it started.. and it has been going now.. it just doesnt fit with the show.

Ideally, since they are young, I'd like for them to experience love and explore each other (while he tries to win her back + post them confessing to each other).

And like Dr.Don is saying, if it happens like the Mittals, then it would be lovely to see them exploring post marriage too. I mean they are young + un dino ki baatein. Creatives can do something or if Mittals would like to put some of their experience into the story.

Yes, the writer's can take it in any direction.

Drama is a must. I just hope they mix equal amounts of love moments and also how Sameer and Naina grow as lovers adjusting and facing the changing times.

As for the marriage age - In the 90s I have seen more than few lovers marrying at the age of Boy being 19 and girl being 18.

It will be interesting to see the story covering their story in entirety - starting from anger/hate to bet to Naina's depth of love to betrayal by Sameer to Sameer's realization of love to Naina forgiving Sameer to Naina's not able to stop herself from loving Sameers again to Sweet moments to Family Drama to Marriage to Post Marriage scenario and ending in the present day.

It will be a great watch if the writers let it.

This this this!!! Ending on present day makes the most sense because of the narration that's been going on. Gives a full closure for the show.
