I don't think he will reveal it...I mean he must have thought he would go and say the truth and apologise to her...but am sure the bet boys would reach her first...before Sameer...thats y Naina is sooo upset...and Sameer had a look that he had done something wrong ...that is y I said he must have hugged her...If he has realised that Naina knew about the bet he would be broken completely...but here he was gulity as well as confused...so it might be a hug initiated by him...after he has won the bet according to olv...and am sure Naina would never initiate a hug...
