As both Naina & Sameer are The Leads I do believe they will end up together and secondly Naina is still narrating the past. Maybe in present they still haven't met Again.

Chill! There are soo many things we have lost.But that doesn't mean thats the end of the world.Do you know what hurts? Our high expectations and assumptions.😕

But she also tells in some other episode where they ta lk about family matters that the conversation became the foundation of their trust in each other. So chill maro and be positive.😊 . Maybe she tore it as she was angry with sameer.

Most of us actually feel for naina as most of us had a naina in us during our teenage years.

It was only for the pic. I am sure many of us have taken pics during our school and college days and have misplaced them. Listen to the voice over carefully. It is very clear Sameer and Naina are together.
